This kit includes the following components:
1 — Cylinder Support Rack, 31800

2 — Cotter Pin
4 — Washer, 0.750"
2 — Chain, 36", 678944
To assemble the kit to the power source, proceed as
follows:
1. Carefully lift the power source off the floor with a crane
or hoist and remove the four skid mats.
2. Assemble the two swivel casters (13735258) to the
front corners of the power source base using 4 sets
of 0.312" - 18 X 0.75" hexhead cap screws, washers
and lockwashers for each castor.
3. Insert the truck and cylinder bracket (33488) between
the channels on the power source base. Align the
mounting holes and mount using 4 sets of 0.375" - 16
X1.00" hex head cap screws, washers and lock wash-
ers (two on each side).
4. Insert the axle (33336) through the axle support holes
in the truck and cylinder bracket. On each end of the
axle, assemble one 0.750" flat washer, and one 8.00"
wheel, one 0.750" flat washer and one cotter pin in
the above order.

5. Check that all mounting screws are tight and lower
the power source to the floor.
6. Assemble the cylinder support rack to the top of the
rear panel of the power source using four hex washer
head 0.250" - 20 X .50" screws. Tighten all screws
securely.
7. Slide at least the second link of each chain (678944)
into the center slot of the upper cylinder bracket.
8. Mount the handle (678402) to the top of the power
source as illustrated, using four sets of 0.250" - 20 X
0.50" screws, washers, and lockwashers.
When you put the cylinders in place, pull the chain tightly
around each cylinder and slide a chain link into the outer
slot of the cylinder support. Be sure to pull the link down
firmly into each slot to secure the chain so that there is
little slack of the chain about the cylinder. DO NOT just
"loop" a link over the end of the rack.
Never lift a power source with cylinder(s) attached.
