Instructions:
• Cat 5e Jack is designed for T568A or
T568B wire colors.
• Remove 2 ½” of cable jacket and
insert cable into Cat 5e Jack using
the wiring standards on the diagram
above.
• Using the included punch-down
tool, punch down all wires.
• Cut off excess wire after punch-down.
*Note* Do not twist or break off
excess wire.
• Place Dust Cover over jack with the
small semi-circle facing the back of
the jack and snap into place.
*Note* Dust Cover cannot be used to
punch-down wires.
• Snap Cat 5e Jack into back of
wallplate.
• Screw wallplate into low voltage
mounting bracket (sold separately).
Instrucciones:
• La entrada Cat 5e está diseñada para los colores
de cable T568A o T568B.
• Quita 6.3 cm de la cubierta del cable e inserta el
cable en la entrada Cat 5e según las normas de
cableado del diagrama anterior.
• Usando la herramienta perforadora incluida,
empalma todos los cables.
• Recorta el cable sobrante después de empalmar.
*Nota* No enrolles ni rompas el cable sobrante.
• Coloca la cubierta contra polvo sobre la entrada
con el semi-círculo pequeño de frente a la parte
posterior de la entrada y ajústala a presión en su
lugar.
*Nota* La cubierta contra polvo no puede usarse
para empalmar los cables.
• Encaja a presión la entrada Cat 5e en el reverso
de la placa de pared.
• Enrosca la placa de pared en el soporte de
montaje de bajo voltaje (vendido por separado).
