End Panel Installation
1. Insert end panels into panel slots at desired
height w ith screw holes facing inw ard. M ake
sure panel is fully seated (F ig . 1 ).
NOTE:
End panels m ust be 1.25" apart w hen
installing overhead storage units.
2. For U niG roup end panels only. P LA C ES and
w ood end panels use a passive lock feature
w h ic h w ill lo c k th e end panel to the side rail.
2a. A fter panels are installed, locate top hook of
end panel hanger bracket by sliding a thin
object betw een the side rail and the end panel.
2b. O nce the hanger bracket is located, push lock
clip betw een the side rail and end panel, curve
lock clip around so that it goes into the top half
of the slot into w hich the top hook of the
hanger bracket is already seated (F ig . 2 ). O ne
locking clip, per end panel, is needed in order
to lock com ponent securely in place.
Shelf Installation
3. Insert special screw , #10-24-3/8", m achine
screw into brass inserts. For overhead storage
units, screw s m ust also be installed into top
tw o brass inserts. D o not tighten screw s before
installing shelf.
4. For the bottom shelf, note the location of the
elongated slot. Slide the elongated slot over
the front screw shank. A djust shelf and slide
shelf dow nw ard over rear screw shank (F ig . 3 ).
5. Tighten screw s firm ly.

6. Each PLAC E S/U niG roup shelf end hardw are
package contains vinyl dots w hich are color
m atched w ith the shelf end support panels.
D ots are to cover tw o (2) upper m ounting holes
on each shelf end support panel w hen shelf
unit is used w ithout a flipper door assem bly.

6a. P eel vinyl dot off backer paper and place over
center of m ounting hole, taking care to contact
the adhesive on one edge of the dot.
6b. Press rem aining portion of vinyl dot dow n by
running finger around perim eter of dot. D o not
press dot in center as this w ill leave a visual
indentation.

7. Follow end panels/shelf installation above.
7a. Insert coat rod supports into holes on end
panels as show n in Figure 4. Install one screw
per support into end panel. TIG HTEN
SCREW S FIRMLY.
7b. P osition coat rod above supports and pull
dow n firm ly m aking sure coat rod is seated in
both supports (F ig . 4 ).
