OVEN USE
Turn the function selector knob to the required function.
The oven light switches on.
Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to the required temperature. The red thermostat indicator lights up,
and goes off when the selected temperature is reached.
At the end of cooking:
Turn the knobs to “0”.

GRILL

Preheat the oven for 3 - 5 min.
The oven door must remain closed during cooking.

TURBO GRILL
To grill large pieces of meat (roast beef, other roasts).
