Product Selection Guide
Designed for environments where aesthetics and
cleanliness are essential, Starsys is a modular
system that meets the demands for storage,
transport and productivity centers. Its polymer
construction won’t rust, dent, chip or flake, unlike
other product construction such as metal or
particleboard. Its modularity allows it to be
configured and then reconfigured for specific needs.
Baskets and totes enhance the system’s modularity
by providing contained storage that can be
repositioned at any time within a Starsys unit.
Systems Oriented – Provides contained storage
in Starsys carts and Starsys WorkCenters, in high or
low profile models.
Maximizes Storage – Full extension allows
additional baskets/totes or polymer shelves to
be installed directly above while still providing
complete access to contents.
Safety First – Built-in stop on slide prevents
unintentional removal.
Increases Productivity – Drop-in design allows
picking, packing or inventory to be done at the work
area. An inventory replenishment program can be
created with pre-stocked baskets/totes.
Improves Ergonomics – Basket and tote
assemblies are easily reconfigured without tools
allowing the most frequently used to be relocated to
a more convenient height.

Stop Kits
Stop kits are required when adding basket/tote assemblies to existing units with polymer shelves and doors that did not
originally ship from the factory with full extension Starsys baskets or totes installed. Stop kits replace the flat filler strips on
the post between the door hinges.

Notes:

3. Basket and tote assemblies must not be installed higher than 48" (1219mm) from floor.
4. A polymer shelf with drawer face is required on tall units.
