BEFORE YOU START
You will rst need to connect your watch to your PC or Mac. You do not need additional
drivers to do this - your PC may install standard drivers when it rst connects. is is
normal.
On the le side of your watch, remove the center knob. e USB port is here. Plug one end
of the included USB cable into the port on your watch. is should go all the way into the
watch. en, connect the other end to a USB port on your PC. Please do not use a hub.
Connect directly to USB port on your computer for best performance!
In a few moments, your PC will automatically nd and install your watch. Your watch will
appear as an External Device or Removable Disk.
is is how you will access your video, photo and audio les to save them to your PC. is
is also how you charge your watch.
Charging the rst time may take several hours. Usually 4 hours is enough for a full charge.
But Charge overnight the rst time. You may access your les during charging.

Now, download the les you will need to setup your product.

Open the TAG le, which is the time le. Change the time to your current time and save
back the le. Close out and unplug watch!
TIME FILE
Before proceeding to any other function, lets us get your watches internal time correct!
Aer plugging in your watch to the computer, it will AUTOPLAY and a window will pop
up. Open Folder to View Files. You should see the two items as shown below:

RECORDING VIDEO
NOTE: when facing you, as shown above, the camera will record UPSIDE-DOWN. Turn your
wrist to face the camera towards your subject. e camera should be located at the top when your
wrist is turned. is position will record the image properly.

VIDEO RECORDING:
Press ON/OFF button and hold down until indicator light turns on. Release. Light will settle on a
steady Blue.
To record video quickly press and release the ON/OFF button. Blue light will blink 3 times then
go o. You are now recording video.
To STOP video recording press and hold the ON/OFF button until red light blinks 3 times and
turns o. Release.Your video was just saved and camera just turned o. Repeat as necessary.

• PICTURE TAKING: Follow instructions below to take single shot pictures.

• Turn unit on, into stanby mode (steady blue light)
• - Press and release PHOTO button. Indicator light will turn red then return to steady
blue. You just took a photo. Congrats! Repeat as necessary!

RETRIEVING YOUR FILES
To view your videos and photos, you will need to copy them to your PC rst.
Make sure your watch is OFF. en connect the USB cable to it as noted earlier in the
manual (to Watch FIRST, then to computer USB port.)
Please COPY your les to your PC for best playback.
You may go into the folders noted above to view and copy your les.
You may also delete les from these folders.
NOTE: Mac users must empty their trash before disconnecting your watch aer deleting
les.

Your Windows PC or Mac has built-in soware that will play most of the les created by devices
like yours. However, if you are having problems playing your les, or need more options, please
download and try these programs.
