WARNINGS
1. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNINGS AND ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS COULD RESULT

3. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. NEVER LEAVE THE CHILD UNATTENDED.
4. PLACE ONLY ONE CHILD AT A TIME IN THIS PORTACOT.
5. THIS PORTACOT MUST BE FULLY ASSEMBLED PRIOR TO USE. TOP RAILS MUST BE
EXTENDED AND ALL RAIL HINGE JOINTS MUST BE FULLY LOCKED BEFORE USE.
6. DO NOT USE THIS PORTACOT WITHOUT THE SUPPLIED MATTRESS PAD INSTALLED.
7. SUFFOCATION HAZARD: TO HELP PREVENT SUFFOCATION FROM ENTRAPMENT. USE
ONLY MATTRESS SUPPLIED BY THE MANUFACTURER. NEVER USE ADDITIONAL MATTRESS
OR ADD PADDING.
8. DO NOT PLACE TOYS, OBJECTS OR PADDING INSIDE THE PORTACOT WHICH COULD
PROVIDE A FOOTHOLD FOR THE CHILD TO CLIMB OUT OF THE PORTACOT.
9. TO PREVENT YOUR BABY FROM FALLING. DO NOT USE BASSINETTE (IF SUPPLIED) WHEN
YOUR BABY IS ABLE TO PULL UP, ROLL OVER OR WEIGHS MORE THAN 9 KGS.
10. THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT OF THE CHILD TO BE PLACED ON THE CHANGING TABLE (IF
SUPPLIED) MUST NOT EXCEED 9 KGS.
11. THIS PORTACOT IS DESIGNED FOR USE BY A CHILD WHO CANNOT CLIMB OUT OF
PORTACOT, WEIGHS LESS THAN 14KGS AND LESS THAN 89CM TALL.
13. DO NOT PLACE THE PORTACOT OUTDOORS AND EXPOSE TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
14. DO NOT LEAVE THE PORTACOT NEAR STOVES, HEATERS, CAMPFIRES AND OTHER
HAZARDS.
15. TO PREVENT STRANGULATION, DO NOT PLACE PORTACOT NEAR WINDOWS WHERE
CORDS FROM CURTAINS, BLINDS OR DRAPES ARE WITHIN CHILD’S REACH.
16. KEEP MEDICATION AND SMALL ITEMS AWAY FROM PORTACOT TO PREVENT CHOKING
HAZARD.
17. DO NOT MOVE PORTACOT WITH CHILD IN IT.
18. NEVER PLACE A CHILD IN THE PORTACOT UNDER THE BASSINETTE.
19. KEEP FINGERS CLEAR OF CORNER JOINTS AND ANY MOVING PARTS DURING OPENING
AND CLOSING OF THE PORTACOT.
20. BEFORE EACH USE, INSPECT THE PORTACOT FOR DAMAGE OR MISSING PARTS.
21. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: SURFACE CLEAN WITH MILD SOAP AND FRY THOROUGHLY STORE
IN A COOL DRY PLACE AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
12. DANGER: STRINGS CAN CAUSE STRANGULATION, DO NOT PLACE AROUND BABY’S
NECK, SUSPEND OVER PORTACOT OR ATTACH TO TOYS.

TO INSTALL PORTACOT
3, Raise the centre of the portacot base to a height of 50cm, spread the four
legs of the portacot wide enough for you to grip each of the centre hinges
of the four top rails.
4, Grip the center joints of the short rail, straighten and lift it up until you hear
a clip sound and it is firmly locked. Do the same for rest of three rails.
Note: if any of the rails cannot be firmly locked, repeat step 4 onwards.
5, Push down center of the base until portacot is fully opened and in locked
side facing up.
7, Thread the Velcro tabs attached to the
mattress, through the slits in the base
of the portacot and secure to the underside
Note: Illustration in instructions may vary from actual product.
TO FOLD THE PORTACOT
8, Remove the bassinet (if supplied), and mattress from the portacot.
9, Pull the centre base release and continue lifting the base frame up to a
height of 50-60 cms, before attempting to fold each railing arm.
10, Locate the release button in the centre joint of each railing, press and
lower the railing.
Note: Do not force the railing downward. If button does not release, lift up
the base and repeat step 3.
11, Pull the four legs inward to make into a compact bundle.
12, Wrap the portacot with the mattress (padded side facing inwards). If
supplied, include the bassinette and dismantled poles.
Fasten the velcro straps on mattress and pack complete set in the carrier
bag.

6, You must put the mattress into the portacot with the padded

TO INSTALL BASSINET (If Supplied)
Remove the mattress from the portacot and
put it aside.
13, Insert bassinet into the portacot and attach
the plastic clip on the rails.(fig.13)
14, Insert flat side of each tube into the four
pockets.
15, Slide the tapered end of the tubes together
firmly. Reinstall mattress and thread the velcro
tabs through the slits in the base of the bassinet
and secure to the underside.

Bassinette Instructions (if supplied) Babyco Classic Portacot
Adult supervision is always necessary when using your bassinet.
Your portable cot including side rails and bottom pad, must be fully erected prior to
use.
All top rails and bottom frame must be locked into position.
Keep medication and small items that a child could choke on, away from the cot.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD: To help prevent suffocation from entrapment, use ONLY
the mattress supplied.
Never use plastic bags or other plastic film as mattress covers not sold and
intended for that purpose.
STRANGULATION HAZARD: DO NOT place items with a string, trailing cords or
cables in or near the cot. DO NOT suspend cords over bassinet or attach toys on
strings.
DO NOT add padding or leave objects inside your bassinette, which could provide a
foothold and permit a child to climb out.
To prevent your child from falling out of the bassinet, discontinue using your
bassinet when:
Your child is too active
Able to climb out
Weighs over 9 kgs
Is over 4 months old
DO NOT use a water mattress with this bassinet.
Use your bassinet with only one child at a time.
Keep bassinet away from stoves, heaters, open fires and exposed flames.
Never place a child under a bassinet.
DO NOT store the bassinet in the portable cot.
Before each use of the cot and bassinet, inspect for damage to hardware, fabrics,
loose joints, missing parts or sharp edges. DO NOT use portable cot or bassinet if
any part is missing, broken, torn or bitten through. Call or contact your retailer.
