discarding. Remove all parts from carton and separate into groups as indicated on part
list. Please ensure all parts are included prior to assembly. Use of power tools to
complete assembly is not recommended.

Important
Before you begin: Open, identify and count all parts prior to assembly. Lay out parts on a flat and non-
abrasive surface. You will need the parts identified on page 4 and 5 of this instruction manual.
NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE WIPED OFF
WITH DAMP CLOTH.
Insert Dowel at least half way by tapping lightly with a rubber mallet, IF NECESSARY.
CAM LOCK SYSTEM OPERATION
HOW THE KNOCK DOWN (KD) ASSEMBLY SYSTEM WORKS
1. Screw the Cam Bolt into the threaded inserts on the panel. Connect both panels together; making sure Cam
Bolt goes into the pre-drilled hole on the end of panel for Cam Lock.
2. Insert the Cam Lock into the pre-drilled large hole on the panel. Make sure the arrow on the face of Cam
Lock faces out and points towards Cam Bolt.
3. Take a Phillips screwdriver and rotate the Cam Lock clockwise to lock the Cam Bolt in place.
4. Plug the Cam Lock Cover into the cross slot of the Cam Lock to conceal the Cam.
You are now ready to assemble the KD unit.

Drawer Assembling
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assembly the unit on a
carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.
2. Securely screw six Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on the Drawer Front (K) with a
Phillips screwdriver. As shown.
3. Attach the Drawer Left and Right Side Panels (M and N) to the Drawer Front (K) by engaging four
Cam Locks (1) (Refer to page 3 on Cam Lock system operation supplement). Make sure that the
grooves face inward and line up with each other.
4. Insert one Wood Dowel (3) into the end hole against the Cam Bolt hole on the Drawer Divider (O) and
attach it to the Drawer Front (K) with one Cam Lock (1). As shown. Make sure that you use a small
amount of glue with both ends of all dowels.
NOTE: It is very important to use a small amount of glue on both ends of dowels.

Drawer Assembling
5. Align and attach the Drawer Bottom Support (P) to the Drawer Front (K) with one Cam Lock (1) and
one Wood Dowel (3). As shown.
6. Slide the Drawer Bottom Panel (Q) into the grooves between the Drawer Side Panels (M and N) until
fully inserted into the Drawer Front (K). Make sure the finished surface will face up. As shown.

Drawer Assembling
7. Insert one Wood Dowel (3) into the end hole of the Drawer Divider (O). Fasten the Drawer Back Panel
(L) to Drawer Side Panels (M and N), Drawer Divider (O) and Drawer Bottom Support (P) using seven
38 mm Wood Screws (10). As shown. Make sure that Drawer Bottom Panel (Q) fits securely into the
groove of the Drawer Back Panel (L). Tighten all the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
8. Using the pilot holes as a guide, align and attach Left Slide Runner (DL) to Drawer Left Side Panel (M)
using three 12 mm Screws (9). Make sure that the roller end of Slide Runner faces backward. Tightly
fasten with a Phillips screwdriver.
9. Repeat last step to attach Right Slide Runner (DR) to the Drawer Right Side Panel (N).

Assembly Instructions
10. Turn the assembled drawer upright.
11. Attach two Handles (17) to the outside of the Drawer Front (K) using four provided Handle Bolts (18).
12. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on the Left and Right Side Panels (A
and B) with a Phillips screwdriver. As shown in the illustration.

Assembly Instructions
13. With the pilot holes as a guide, align and attach Right Slide Track (CR) to the Right Side Panel (B)
using three 12 mm Screws (9) through the small holes on the track and screw into place. Make sure that
the roller end of Slide Track is against the front edge. Tightly fasten with a Phillips screwdriver.
14. With the pilot holes as a guide, fasten two Door Hinge Bases (16) to the Left Side Panel (A), using two
15 mm Zinc Screws (8) per hinge. As shown. Make sure that the slot on the top of Hinge Base faces the
closest edge.
15. Align and attach Left Slide Track (CL) to the Vertical Partition Panel (F) using three 12 mm Screws (9).

Assembly Instructions
16. Flip over the Vertical Partition Panel (F) and securely screw three Cam Bolts (2) into the designated
small holes with a Phillips screwdriver. As shown in the illustration.
17. With the pilot holes as a guide, fasten two Metal Brackets (15) to the Vertical Partition Panel (F) using
four 12 mm Screws (9). As shown. Make sure the right-angle side of the Metal Brackets will point up.
18. Securely screw six Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on the Back Panel (C) and Left Front
Panel (H). As shown in the illustration.

19. Insert one Wood Dowel (3) into the end hole of the Horizontal Partition Panel (G) and attach it to the
Vertical Partition Panel (F) with one Cam Lock (1). As shown.
20. Align and attach Left Bottom Panel (E) to the Vertical Partition Panel (F) using two Wood Dowels (3)
and two Cam Locks (1). As shown. Make sure that the Cam Locks (1) will face the floor.

Assembly Instructions
21. Fasten the Bottom Panel (E) to the Horizontal Partition Panel (G) using two 38 mm Wood Screws (10).
22. Insert three Wood Dowels (3) into the end holes of Bottom Panel (E) and Vertical Partition Panel (F).
DO NOT put dowels into the Cam Bolt holes. Align and attach Left Front Panel (H) to the assembled
unit by engaging three Cam Locks (1). As shown.

Assembly Instructions
23. Align and attach last assembly to the Back Panel (C) by using three Wood Dowels (3) and three Cam
Locks (1). As shown.
24. Insert seven Wood Dowels (3) into the end holes of the assembled unit. DO NOT put dowels into the
Cam Bolt holes. Align and attach Left Side Panel (A) to the assembled unit by using five Cam Locks (1).

Assembly Instructions
25. Align and attach Top Back Stretcher (R) to the Back Panel (C) by using three 1-1/4” Bolts (5) with
Lock Washers (6) and Flat Washers (7) through the drilled holes and screw into place. As shown. Be
sure the suction cup holes on the Top Back Stretcher (R) will face upward.
26. Fasten the Top Back Stretcher (R) to the Vertical Partition Panel (F) using one 1/2” Bolt (4) with the
Washers (6 and 7) through the end bracket and screw into place.
27. Bolt the Top Front Stretcher (S) to the Vertical Partition Panel (F) using two 1/2” Bolts (4) and two
Washers (6 and 7). As shown. Make sure the suction cup holes on the stretcher will face upward.
28. Align and attach the Front Crossbar (D) to the Left Side Panel (A) using two 1/2” Bolts (4) and two
Washers (6 and 7). As shown. Make sure the end bracket will face the floor.
29. Repeat the same procedure to attach the Right Side Panel (B) at the opposite end.

Assembly Instructions
30. Stand the assembled unit upright.
31. Fasten the Back Panel (C) to the Side
Panels (A and B) by engaging four Cam
Locks (1). As shown.
32. Extend the Hinges Arms (16) and rest the hinge cups onto the cutouts of the Flip-up Cover (I). As
shown. Secure the Hinge Arms in place by using two 15 mm Zinc Screws (4) in each.
33. Pick up the Flip-up Cover (I) and attach the extended Hinge Arms to the Hinge Bases installed on the
Left Side Panel (A). Loosen the lock bolt on the back of Hinge Base for an easy fit. Align and insert the
“U” slot on Hinge Arm under the lock bolt head on the back of Hinge Base. Make sure that both door
hinges engage and function properly. Tighten the bolt on the hinge base to lock the hinges in place.
34. Open and close the Flip-up Cover (I) to make sure it is aligned and shuts correctly. If necessary, adjust
the screws for a good fit.

Assembly Instructions
35. Insert two Shelf Supports (14) to the inner side holes of Left Side Panel (A) and Vertical Partition Panel
(F). Then slide the Charging Station Lid (J) onto the Shelf Supports (14) making sure the drilled holes
of the Shelf Supports overlap the pilot holes on the Charging Station Lid. Attach the Charging Station
Lid (J) in place using two 12 mm Wood Screws (9). As shown.
36. Stick one Rubber Bumper (13) onto each Metal Bracket (15) installed on the Vertical Partition Panel (F)
so that you can rest the Flip-up Cover (I) onto the Rubber Bumpers gently.
37. Plug the Cam Lock Covers (12) onto the visible Cams Locks to conceal the Cams.

Assembly Instructions
38. Put six Suction Cups (11) firmly into the top holes of the Top Stretchers (R and S).
TIP: If a suction cup resists insertion, try pressing down on the middle of the cup with the Allen
Wrench while twisting it clockwise into the hole.
39. Position the Glass Top (T), with the black side of glass down, onto the Suction Cups (11) on the Top
Stretchers (R and S). Make sure the glass is properly centered.
NOTE: If the glass is scratched, you can minimize the damage by using a BLACK marker and filling in
scratched area from underneath.
40. To insert the assembled drawer into place, tip the front of drawer down and drop the rollers of the
Drawer Slide Runners behind the rollers of Slide Tracks on the unit. Lift the front of the drawer up and
slide it into the unit.

Care and Maintenance
Use a soft, clean cloth that will not scratch the surface when dusting.
Use of furniture polish is not necessary. Should you choose to use polish, test first in an inconspicuous area.
Using solvents of any kind on your furniture may damage your furniture’s finish.
Never use water to clean your furniture as it may cause damage to the finish.
Always use coasters under beverage glasses and flowerpots.
Liquid spills should be removed immediately. Using a soft clean cloth, blot the spill gently. Avoid rubbing.
Always use protective pads under hot dishes and plates. Heat can cause chemical changes that may create
spotting within the furniture finish.
Stains or marks from crayons or ink markers will be difficult to remove.
In the event that your furniture is stained or otherwise damaged during use, we recommend that you call a
professional to repair your furniture.
Check bolts/screws periodically and tighten them if necessary.
Further advice about wood furniture care
It is best to keep your furniture in a climate-controlled environment. Extreme temperature and humidity
changes can cause fading, warping, shrinking and splitting of wood. It is advised to keep furniture away from
direct sunlight as sun may damage the finish.
Proper care and cleaning at home will extend the life of your purchase. Following these important and helpful
tips will enhance your furniture as it ages.
A Touch-up Pen has been provided to repair any small nicks or scratches that may occur during assembly or
shipping.
