Prepare Table Switch and Interface Box Installation
. Unplug table from electrical outlet (if applicable).
. Unplug current switch cable from leg control box (if applicable).
. Remove current switch from worksurface by removing two pan head
screws, and sh the cable out from the leg/bracing (if applicable).
. Choose the side of the worksurface where the switch needs to be installed
(for a retrot application, this will typically be the same side the original switch
was mounted to). Using the new AiO Paddle as a template, position the screws
holes of the paddle approximately -/ to -/” from the front edge of the
worksurface (depending on edge type), and place the centerline of the paddle
approximately -/” from the end/side of the worksurface (see following
Figures for rectangle and corner desk placement). Verify that the paddle is
oriented squarely to the worksurface, mark the location of the holes, and
carefully drill () /” diameter pilot holes, /” deep. Use caution to avoid
drilling through the worksurface.
.. For the LO. product, install the AiO Paddle switch AND the
Tie-Down bracket to the work surface with two /” long Phillips screws. Do
not overtighten. The paddle will be rotated upward against the underside of
the work surface aer the screws are tightened. See following image showing
how the two parts mount:
NOTE: These instructions are intended to be used for the installation of the
AiO paddle kit on new height adjustable tables (or xed height desks for
the LO. product), or for retrotting an existing table with the
AiO Paddle Kit (LO). The LO AiO Paddle Kit replaces the standard
switch. In addition, these instructions contain information for correctly
positioning the AiO Paddle on various table shapes (positioning may vary
from the standard switch position).
For assembly with a new table (initial table setup/install), omit references
to removing old components, as these are for retrot applications (upgrade
of existing switches).

.. For all other LO products, install the AiO Paddle switch
as above, but without the tie-down bracket over top of it.

.. For the LO. product (which includes the Tie-Down Bracket
and a small plug in power supply with multiple plug adapters), route the
other end of the cable to a convenient location to allow it to plug into a
nearby AC power outlet (wall or floor), or top a desk-mounted AC power
outlet. Place P-clips at positions along the length of the cable to prevent it
from dangling from the underside of the work surface, making sure to leave
enough slack in the wire to prevent it from pulling on the plug during table
movement. Mark and drill a /” diameter hole /” deep for each P-clip.
Use caution to avoid drilling through the worksurface.
.. For all other LO products, route the other end of the interface
cable to the table control unit, and place P-clips at positions along the
length of the cable to prevent it from dangling from the underside of the
work surface. Mark and drill a /” diameter holes /” deep for each
P-clip. Use caution to avoid drilling through the worksurface. Feed the
cable into each P-clip and screw the clips to the work surface with a
/” long Phillips screw. Do not overtighten.
. Plug the interface cable into the table control unit (or in the case of
LO., plug it into the end of the provided power supply) as shown in
the images below:
Note: The connector can be plugged into any available port in the
image shown below.
Note: The cable plugs into the port marked “HS”

Disassembly and Recycling:
Materials Identication and Segregation:
Where possible, plastic components are marked with ASTM recycling
codes. Use these codes to identify material type for recycling. Non marked
components should be treated as mixed plastic. Ferrous metals can be
identied using a small magnet for recycling. Non-ferrous metals should be
separated and recycled separately.
To disassemble product, reverse the above installation steps
Step 3
Step 4
Place table in its nal location.
. Plug table power supply into an available AC power outlet. Do not route
power cord in a location that creates a trip hazard.
. For the LO. Fixed Height Desk product, choose the appropriate
adapter from the kit and connect it to the provided power supply. Plug power
supply into an available AC power outlet. Do not route power cord in a location
that creates a trip hazard.
. Conrm that all cables are bundled/tied to the bottom of the worksurface
and that no cables/connectors are being strained by the cable P-clips or other
tie methods.
