1. Cross screwdriver
2.7mm sleeve
3. Special 3mm anti-theft screwdriver
Removing the panel rear cover
Before After
1. Rotate the knob to remove
the battery door; use a cross
screwdriver or stun gun to
remove 6 bolts
2. Take out the
back cover of the
panel.
CO Sensor
Remove the
battery door
Take out the inverter

3. Remove the bolts with
a 7mm sleeve or a stun
gun, take off the
inverter (without
removing the wiring
harness), and place it
inside.
4. Remove two M3 anti-theft bolts with
special tools, and take out the CO alarm
from the mounting bracket.

5. Unplug the transfer terminal
to complete the disassembly of
the CO alarm

Install CO alarm
6. To replace the
CO alarm, insert
the terminal into
the CO alarm jack

7. Install the CO alarm from
the bottom of the bracket, and
then install two M3 anti-theft
bolts to fix the CO alarm
Install the inverter
8. Install the inverter in place and align it
with the through holes of the bracket. The
two positioning columns of the bottom plate
are installed in the bottom plate.
9. Install M8
bolts to fasten
the inverter

Install the panel rear cover
10. Assemble the
panel rear cover in
place and assemble
the 6 Phillips
bolts.

11. Lock the
battery door, the
handle in the
vertical direction
Start-CO Alarm Self-Test
15. The yellow light of the
CO alarm flashes once and
goes out, indicating that the
self-test is successful and
the CO alarm is working
12. Turn the switch to the fuel
gear and start again (after the
fuel tank is refueled) 。
13. Press the
switch to "ON" 14. Press one
button to start
