1 Removing the panel rear cover

1.Turn the knob to remove the battery
door; remove the 6 bolts with a cross
screwdriver or stun gun.
3. Throttle stepper

1.Check whether the
wiring harness of the
plug-in box is correct
according to the picture

pins are loose or
deformed.

1.Use tweezers or
other sharp tools to
flatten the terminals.
2.Pull the terminal
out of the socket.
3.Lift up the reverse
button of the
terminal
4.Insert the wire harness
into the correct position
according to the diagram in
step 3, then push the
terminal inward, the
terminal will not come
loose

Joint the two sockets
Note: When docking the socket, be careful not to insert the pins crookedly.
6Install the panel rear cover

1.Assemble the panel
back cover in place and
assemble the 6 Phillips
bolts.
2.Install the battery
door and lock the knob
in the vertical direction
7Install the left exterior cover
Install the left exterior cover
Assemble the cover
plate in place and fasten
the two Phillips bolts.
8Start-CO Alarm Self-Test
4.The CO alarm self-test flashes
the yellow light once and goes
out, indicating that the self-test is
successful and the CO alarm is
working normally.
