Mounting Instructions
CAUTION: To reduce the risk of electrical shock, a trained service technician
must disconnect TWO (2) power supply cords before servicing the system.
Unit door. This side DOWN.
Power and peripheral cables. This side UP
1. Use four (4) screws of the appropriate size (not provided)
to mount the DVR/NVR onto the wall. Four red arrow in
the Image 5 indicate the screw openings in the wall mount
brackets to be used for wall mounting.
2. Mount the DVR/NVR with the unit door facing DOWN.
The power and peripheral cables must face UP. See Image 5.
3. Alternatively, mount with the unit door facing sideways.
See Image 6.
4. NEVER mount with the unit door facing upwards and the
power/peripheral cables facing downwards. See Image 7.
IMPORTANT:
When mounting on the wall, mount directly onto the surface that can provide enough support for the DVR/NVR
unit to ensure secure and safe installation. Average unit weight - 11.7 kg (25.8 lb).
