The 44421 consists of a leveling base board and a backer board.
The installer will need to glue or pour 1/2" track surface onto the backer board. Using
the holes in the backer board as guides, drill/cut holes through the track surface.
Then fasten the surfaced backer board to the base board with provided screws.
