be a sign of damage in the cooling circuit, which could lead
to plant failures due to the formation of rust or soot. Leaks
contaminating the condensate itself or a valuable product
indirectly also pose a risk in this respect. To avoid expensive
repairs, unscheduled downtimes and product contamination,
the TOC value needs to be reliably monitored.

The TOCOR700 liquid analysis system from SICK is a tried-and-tested
system for reliable TOC analysis in liquids. Coming in a range of
designs, the TOCOR700 can be optimally tailored to customer
requirements. A particular highlight is its clever component arrange-
ment which prevents volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from being
blown out. Two system variants can be chosen from: the TOCOR700
TH and the TOCOR700 UV. Both offer premium SICK quality and clear
benets for customers.

TOCOR700 TH
The system is particularly suitable for highly accurate quantity
analysis. The thermal reactor oxidizes the carbon in the sample
continuously and quickly at 850 °C. The high oxidation rate
(> 95%) resulting from this process enables extremely accurate
measurements.
TOCOR700 UV
The system is particularly suitable for trend analysis because
continuous analysis is made possible by the integrated UV
reactor. It delivers precise measurement results even in the
case of high salt concentrations.

The TOCOR700 liquid analyzer system is
a tried-and-tested system for TOC
analysis in liquids. Be it for trend analy-
sis or high-precision limit value monitor-
ing, TOCOR700 can be optimally tailored
to suit customer requirements. Thanks
to its sophisticated technology, it is one
of the few of its kind that can also
measure volatile organic compounds
(VOCs). The system requires only
ambient air as a carrier gas, which
