Before using this product, it is essential to read the ENTIRE Owner’s Manual and ALL
installation instructions. The Owner’s Manual describes equipment setup and instructs
members on how to use correctly and safely.
Read all warnings posted on the machine.
Health related injuries may result from incorrect or excessive use of exercise equipment.
Core Health & Fitness strongly recommends you to encourage your members to discuss their
health program or fi tness regimen with a health care professional, especially if you or they
have not exercised for several years, are over 35, or have known health conditions.
WARNING!
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
DANGER - to reduce the risk of electrical
shock:
1. Always unplug the machine from the electrical
outlet before cleaning or servicing.
2. This product is factory-equipped with a specifi c
DC Power Supply to permit connection to the
proper electric circuit. Make sure that the product
is connected to a dedicated power line having an
outlet with the same confi guration as that of the
plug.
3. Improper connection of the equipment-grounding
conductor can result in a risk of electric shock.
Check with a qualifi ed electrician or serviceman
if you are in doubt as to whether the product
is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug
provided with the product. NO adapter should
be used with this product. If the product must
be reconnected for use on a different type of
electric circuit, the reconnection should be made
by qualifi ed service personnel in order to avoid a
hazard.
4. This machine is not intended to be serviced by
the end user, refer servicing to qualifi ed personnel
only.
5. If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent,
or similarly qualifi ed persons in order to avoid
hazard.
6. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
Unplug power cord when the machine is
unattended and before performing any
preventative maintenance such as cleaning or
replacing a worn part.
7. Do not operate unit in damp or wet locations.

Required Clearance
1. Assemble and operate the machine on a solid
level surface. Position the machine with a
minimum of 48 inches (1.25 meters) of clearance
to allow for ease of mounting and dismounting.
Allow for 24 inches (0.6 meters) of clearance
behind the machine. A ceiling height of 10’ (3.0
meters) is recommended to accommodate most
users. These dimensions are the recommended
minimum distances.
The actual area for access and passage shall be
the responsibility of the facility and should take
into account this training envelope, Americans
with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines
(ADAAG) requirements and any required local
codes or regulations (www.access-board.gov/
ada).

2. Users under 80 lbs (36 kg) will result in equipment
not functioning as intended.
3. Do not exceed the maximum allowable weight
limit of:
10G - 400 lbs. / 181 kg.
4. This equipment is designed for use in a
commercial gymnasium or health club. To ensure
the proper use of the equipment in a safe manner,
all users of the equipment should read this
manual before using the machine. This machine
should be made a part of your club training
program in order that the equipment is used by
your members in a safe manner as intended. In
addition to instructing the club members in the
proper use of the equipment, the club member
should obtain a complete physical examination
form their health care provider before beginning
any exercise program.
5. This machine is not intended to be used by
persons with reduced physical, sensory, or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless given instruction and under
the personal supervision concerning use of the
machine by a person responsible for their safety.
6. Keep children away.
7. Familiarize yourself with the location of the STOP
buttons on the console and right handrail. If
you experience diffi culties during the workout,
pushing the STOP button will bring the machine
to a stop.
8. Use care when getting on or off the machine.
Always use the handrails. Do not step off of
the machine while it is moving. Press the STOP
button and wait for the machine to come to a
complete stop before dismounting.
9. Wear proper exercise clothing and athletic shoes
during a workout. Avoid wearing loose clothing.
Tie back long hair and keep towels away from
the moving parts. Face forward at all times and
never attempt to turn around while the machine is
moving.
10. Do not operate the machine if the shrouds are
removed or if the power cord is damaged in any
manner. Keep all air openings free from dirt or
any material that would block the fl ow of air to the
motor.
11. The safety and integrity of this machine can only
be maintained when the equipment is regularly
examined for damage and wear and repaired.
It is the sole responsibility of the owner of this
equipment to ensure that regular maintenance
is performed. Worn or damaged parts must be
replaced immediately or the equipment removed
from service until the repair is made.
12. WARNING: Heart rate monitoring systems
may be inaccurate. Over-exercising may result
in serious injury or death. If you feel faint stop
exercising immediately.
13. Caution: unit is heavy and requires two people for
assembly.
14. After assembly, a complete visual inspection,
and test of the features and functions of the
assembled unit must be made prior to use.

manual.

1. After removing the unit from the pallet, install
the two front leveling feet onto the leveling
foot studs.
TECH TIP: Keep the white packing fi lm wrapped
around each shroud to protect from damage until
it is mounted to the frame.
2. Use a torque wrench with a 6mm allen socket
to secure the neck mast assembly to the
frame using four (4) pieces each of the M8
at washer and M8 x 20mm socket head cap
screw (110-3969) the hardware MUST BE
torqued to 30 Nm (20 Ft-Lb)

3. Route the cable bundle through the cable
clips and up through the mast - note that
this applies to both the left and right cable
bundles.

4. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to secure the
top shroud assembly to the frame using
two (2) pieces of the M5 x 15mm pan head
machine screw (110-4192) and four (4) pieces
of the M5 x 30mm pan head machine screw
(110-4229).

5. Slide the left handrail grommets (711-
3661) onto the left side handrail down
tubes - ensure that the fl at side of the
grommet faces in towards the steps as the
grommets are left (711-3661)/right (711-
3662) side-specifi c.

6. Connect the two cables from the left handrail
to the corresponding connections in the
frame, then install the left handrail onto the
frame.
Be careful not to pinch or damage the
cables when installing the handrail.
7. After installing the handrail, pull any excess
cabling out from the handrail to prepare for
installation of the hand grip in Step 9

8. Use a 13mm open-ended wrench and a
torque wrench with a 13mm socket to secure
the left side handrail to the frame using four
(4) pieces each of the M8 x 60mm bolt (110-
4195) and M8 domed cap nut (110-4187), and
eight (8) pieces of the M8 fl at washer (120-
3427) - the hardware MUST BE torqued to
30 Nm (20 Ft-Lb).

9. Connect the two cables from the left side
handrail to the left hand grip, then install the
hand grip into the handrail.
Be careful not to pinch or damage the
cables when installing the hand grip.
10. Apply a drop of Loctite 242 to the threads
of the four (4) M10 x 20mm hex head fl ange
screws (110-4295), then use a torque wrench
with a 15mm socket to secure the left hand
grip to the left handrail using the M10 x
20mm hex head screws. Torque the screws
in the 1-4 pattern as shown - the hardware
MUST BE torqued to 46 Nm (34 Ft-Lb).
11. Repeat the 1-4 torque pattern from Step 9
but increase the torque value to 78 Nm (58
Ft-Lb).

12. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to install the
plastic handrail cover using one (1) piece
each of the 8x1.6x22 (110-4296) and
8x1.6x13 (110-4226) pan head tapping
screws.
13. Repeat Steps 5-12 for the right handrail
grommets (711-3662), right handrail (711-
3867-XX), and right hand grip (711-3787).
14. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to secure the
left side upper and lower inner shrouds
together using three (3) pieces of the #8-18 x
5/8” pan head machine screw (110-4090).

15. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to secure the
upper inner left shroud to the frame using
nine (9) pieces each of the #8-18 x 5/8” pan
head machine screw (110-4090) and 4.3mm
ID x 14mm OD fl at washer (120-3371).\
16. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to secure the
lower inner left shroud to the frame using two
(2) pieces each of the M4 x 19mm pan head
machine screw (110-3402) and 4.3mm ID x
14mm OD fl at washer (120-3371).
17. Repeat Steps 14-16 for the right side inner
shrouds.

18. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to secure the
upper left (020-7955-XX) and middle left side
shroud (020-7947-XX) together using three
pieces of the #8-18 x 5/8” pan head machine
screw (110-4090).

19. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to loosen
the three screws on the lower left motor
compartment shroud.

20. Slide the left side shroud assembly built in
Step 17 as well as the lower left panel (020-
7956-XX) beneath the lip of the lower left
motor compartment shroud
TECH TIP: Loosening the screws in Step 19 will
make this easier.
21. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to secure the
shroud assembly and lower left panel to the
frame using eleven (11) pieces of the M5 x
30mm pan head machine screw (110-4229).
22. Tighten the three screws loosened in Step 19.
23. Repeat Steps 14-22 for the right side shrouds
(020-7963-XX, 020-7948-XX, and 020-7964-
XX).

24. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to secure the
upper rear panel to the frame using six (6)
of the M5 x 30mm pan head machine screw
(110-4229).
