Congratulations on purchasing your new DJI product.
The information in this document aects your safety
and your legal rights and responsibilities. Read
this entire document carefully to ensure proper
configuration before use. Failure to read and follow
instructions and warnings in this document may result
in serious injury to yourself or others, or damage to
your DJI product or damage to other objects in the
vicinity, or violation of the United States law. This
document and all other collateral documents are
subject to change at the sole discretion of DJI. For up-

Diversion Contrary to U.S. Law is Prohibited
The Zenmuse XT gimbal and incorporated thermal
camera having a maximum frame rate equal to or less
than 9 Hz are controlled under ECCN 6A993 under
the United States Export Administration Regulations,
15 CFR chapter VII, subchapter C. The commodities,
components, technology or software related to
camera and lens were exported from the United
States in accordance with the Export Administration
Regulations. Diversion contrary to the United States
law is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to,
transferring the commodities, components, technology
or software to Cuba, Iran, Sudan, North Korea, Syria,
Crimea region of Ukraine or other United States
embargoed countries, or to any prohibited end-uses or
end-users under United States law.
The Zenmuse XT gimbal and incorporated thermal
camera having a maximum frame rate more than
9 Hz is controlled under ECCN 6A003.b.4.b. under
the United States Export Administration Regulations,
15 CFR chapter VII, subchapter C. The commodities,
technology or software related to camera and lens
were exported from the United States in accordance
with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion
contrary to United States law is strictly prohibited. The
gimbal, its components and software shall only be
used in countries of Country Group A : 5 as dened in
Supplement No. 1 to 15 CFR Part 740. Any transfer
inside countries of Country Group A : 5 as dened in
Supplement No. 1 to 15 CFR Part 740 shall be made
only to civil end-uses and civil end-users that are
not prohibited under United States law, unless with
prior approval from the United States Department of
Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security.
Disclaimer
You acknowledge it is your responsibility to comply
with United States law and other applicable export and
import laws. Should there be any violation of United
States law or other applicable export and import laws
arising from, or alledgedly arising from, or related to
the use, sale, transfer, or any other means of utilizing
the Zenmuse XT by you or by any other person using
this Zenmuse XT, DJI shall not be liable and you
agree to indeminify, defend, and hold harmless DJI
and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and
representatives from and against any and all such
claims, demands, suits, causes of action, expenses
(including reasonable attorney’s fees), damages, losses
or liabilities of any nature whatsoever.
Do Not Modify or Alter the Zenmuse XT
The Zenmuse XT has been calibrated specically for
the designated camera and lens before leaving the
factory. No physical or mechanical modification or
adjustment of the gimbal is required or recommended.
Do not add any other component or device (such as a
lter, lens hood, etc.) to the camera.
The Zenmuse XT is a delicate instrument. Do not
disassemble the gimbal or camera as this will cause
permanent damage.
Be sure to use a DJI approved battery, otherwise
performance may be hindered and internal malfunctions
or damage may occur.
Only Use Compatible Aircraft
The Zenmuse XT is currently compatible with the
following DJI Aircraft: Inspire 1, Inspire 1 v2.0 and
Matrice 100. It will also be compatible with designated
further products. To optimize the gimbal’s performance,
download the latest DJI GO app, otherwise the
Zenmuse XT may not function properly.
Safe Use
Make sure to operate your aircraft in the safest manner
possible. Observe the procedures contained in the
user manual and the online tutorials to mount and
connect the gimbal to your aircraft. Please respect the
AMA’s national Model Aircraft Safety Code.
By using this product, you hereby signify that you
have read this disclaimer and warning carefully and
that you understand and agree to abide by the terms
and conditions herein. You agree that you are solely
responsible for your own conduct while using this
product, and for any consequences thereof. You agree
to use this product only for purposes that are proper
and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules,
and regulations, including international and domestic
airspace regulations, and all terms, precautions,
practices, policies and guidelines DJI has made and
may make available.
DJI accepts no liability for damage, injury or any legal
responsibility incurred directly or indirectly from the use
of this product. The user shall observe safe and lawful
practices including, but not limited to, those set forth in
the User Manual.
