7.1 Preparation of bottom cover
To the bottom cover (pos.13) is mounted USB PCB (pos.3) with the help of one screw
2 õ 6 mm (pos.30) (fig. 33)
REMARK:
Plastic attachment (fig. 34) of printer
mechanism is removed taking care
that optron cable is not destroyed or
cut.!
Optron (pos.ÎÏ1) is placed on inner side of printer mechanism’s attachment (pos.3)
in a socket (pos.Ã1) and is glued with two drops of hot silicone (fig. 35)

Make sure that when Main PCB is placed there is correct connection
between the 2 PCB’s - Main and USB (pos ÊÏ1.) (fig. 39)
REMARK:
Cog (pos.ÁÇ1) of bottom cover must enter in hole (pos.ÎÒ1) on printer
mechanism (fig. 40).
2 pcs. battery cover opener (pos.25) are put in the holes (pos.Î1)
on battery cover (pos.16), a clic should be heard and cogs should
enter in respective places (pos.Î2) (fig. 41).
Li-ion battery (pos.8) is connected to connector CN4 on Main PCB
(fig. 42).

REMARK:
Bluetooth PCB is mounted before the fixture of Main PCB and USB
PCB!
First connect the cable between Bluetooth PCB and Main PCB
(fig.32) respectively in CN7 of Main PCB (fig.58a) and connector CN2
on Bluetooth PCB (fig.58b).
The cables are stuck consecutively through the slots named
ÂÒ2, ÂÒ3, ÂÒ4 and ÂÒ5. - (fig.59a and fig. 59b).
Bluetooth PCB (pos.2) is installed in the right side of bottom cover
in the slot shown on picture (fig.59a) between (pos.BT1à) and
(pos.ÂÒ1á) (fig.59b).
