The system roadmap label located inside your system may incorrectly show
system board Jumper H set at pins 1-2. Jumper H on the system board is actually
set at pins 2-3. The pin 2-3 jumper setting is correct.

If you already have an operating system installed when creating a
maintenance partition, E
XPRESS
B
UILDER
will warn you of the existing
partition. If you want to preserve the installed operating system, do not
create the maintenance partition or the existing operating system will be
overlaid by the maintenance partition. Run the SSU and other utilities
from diskette.

Novell NetWare
The following advisory applies when using Novell NetWare 3.12.
!
CDROM.NLM does not support 32X CD-ROM drives. Because of this,
the 32X CD-ROM drive cannot be mounted and accessed from a remote
client.
!
When either the 3C905 or the PRO100+ LAN cards are installed in the
system, the latest versions of the ETHERTSM.NLM and MSM31X.NLM
support modules must be used. These files are located in the
LANDR9.EXE file available from the Novell web site. Additionally,
your operating system should include the latest available 312PTD.EXE
patch, also available from the Novell web site. Install the 312PTD.EXE
patch before installing LANDR9.EXE.

Installation of two 3C905 LAN cards is not supported.
SCO
The following advisory applies when using SCO 5.04.

In a multiprocessor environment, the 3C905B LAN card driver IRQ
cannot be shared with another system IRQ.
