BLOTZ B20-ST-108, B20_ST_108 Assembly Instructions

  • I've reviewed the instructions for assembling the BLOTZ 20mm Large Shed model, specifically model B20-ST-108. The document outlines the steps for assembling the shed, indicating the use of PVA glue, sandpaper, and a modeling knife. It also describes how to glue the walls, roof, and decorative strips. I'm ready to answer any specific questions you may have regarding the assembly process or the model itself.
  • What kind of glue is required for assembly?
Can I clean joints during assembly?
What tools will I need to remove parts from the sprue?
How do I align the roof pieces?
20mm Large Shed
B20-ST-108
Please read these instructions fully before starting construction.
PVA or equivalent glue will be required to stick sections together.
Sand paper can be used to gently clean any joints.
A sharp modelling knife will be required to remove sections from the sprue. Please use knives with due care and
remember to cut away from yourself at all times.
During the construction of this model, you may find it convenient to use pegs / elastic bands to hold pieces in place while
you allow glue to dry.
Remove the front and side walls from the sprue
along with the insert pieces.
Glue inserts above and below each window and above
the door. Allow to dry.
Once dry, glue the sections together at a ninety
degree angle as shown. Repeat this for the rear of
the shed and other side wall.
Glue the walls together to form an open topped
structure. Glue the roof pieces into place using the
lugs/holes to align them.
Attach the decorative strips front and rear.
The completed shed.
