Use the template to mark for sink cut out.
Note: Recommended distance from the back of the worktop for an inset application
is 105mm to the edge of cut out.
Apply a continuous
bead of silicone around
the rim of the sink.
Wipe around the sink rim and worktop
removing any dust or grease.
Apply a continuous bead of silicone around
the rim of the cut out where the sink will sit.
Fit the sink to the
worktop and tighten
the sink clips (x8)
on the underside to
secure.
Note: Do not use
power tools to tighten
screws.
Fit the sink to the underside of the worktop making sure
the bowl is concentric to the cut out. Push down rmly to
adhere silicone seal.
Note: Silicone the thread of the screws for extra strength.
Wipe away any excess silicone
Drill eight holes around the pencil
line and t the metal inserts,
tapping rmly into place.
NOTE: Glue the insets into the holes
and make sure the inserts do not go
over the pencil line.
WARNING: SHARP EDGES
Drill four holes, one in each corner of the
marked area. Use a jigsaw to cut-out.
The worktop will require notching on the
underside for the overow in an inset sink
application.
For undermount sink installation a jig
must be used with a router. The router will
achieve a smooth nish to the worktop
cut-out. Sand to a nal nish.
Note: Worktop cut edge should be sealed
with a waterproof varnish.
With the worktop upside down, lay the
bowl over the cut out and mark around the
edge.
Note: Make sure the bowl is concentric
with the cut out.
