20mm WWII Guard Tower
B20-WW2-101
Please read these instructions fully before starting construction.
PVA or equivalent glue will be required to stick sections together.
Sand paper can be used to gently clean any joints.
A sharp modelling knife will be required to remove sections from the sprue. Please use knives with due care and remember
to cut away from yourself at all times.
During the construction of this model, you may find it convenient to use pegs / elastic bands to hold pieces in place while
you allow glue to dry.
A full-colour copy of these instructions can be found on our website: www.blotz.co.uk
First remove the platform and the four walls from
the sprue, laying them out as shown above.
Glue the walls to the platform, with the lugs on the
platform slotting into the holes provided in the
walls. Allow to dry.
Remove the six roof supports (shown above) from
the sprue.
Glue the roof supports together to form two pieces
(as shown). Leave to dry.
Now for a tricky bit. Make sure you are using a
flat, level surface and stand the platform on the
two leg pieces shown above. Note – at this point
the legs are pretty much vertical.
Apply a little glue to the points where the ‘Z’ piece
will meet the legs and then gently put it into
position. Repeat for the other ‘Z’ piece, then
carefully adjust the legs so that they are positioned
as shown above. Leave to dry.
Glue the roof supports to the back of one roof
piece as shown above.
Glue the other three roof pieces into position,
slotting them onto the lugs on the roof supports.
Finally prop the ladder in place and sit the roof on
top of the platform supports.
