Cornelius Viper Cart

The Cornelius Viper Cart is a mobile cart designed to hold and support the Cornelius Viper unit, allowing for easy movement and positioning of the unit for service and cleaning. It is compatible with 2, 3, and 4-barrel Viper units.

The cart features four captive nuts on the bottom to accommodate 3/8-16 bolts, which are used to secure the Viper unit to the cart. The 2-barrel cart has movable wheels that act as outriggers to provide stability during movement.

CART INFORMATION AND MOUNTING
The Viper unit may be mounted on a mobile cart (Cornelius part no. 620043075 / 620066849[Red cart] for 2-barrel
unit, 620053990 / 620066850[Red cart] for 3-barrel unit and 620046556 / 620066851[Red cart] for 4-barrel unit)
which allows some movement of the unit for service and cleaning. There are four captive nuts on the bottom of the
Viper to accommodate four 3/8-16 bolts. These bolts must be installed to secure the unit to the cart.
2 FL carts are designed with movable wheels that act as outriggers to provide stability to the unit when it is being
moved.

WARNING:
The above listed mounting bolts must be installed and the wheels extended and locked in the outboard position
prior to moving the unit.
Failure to comply could result in serious injury, death or equipment damage.
Caster Installation:
Cart is supplied with three (3) shims under each front swivel caster. Six (6) additional shims are also supplied loose
in a plastic bag. In the case where the cart is not level, follow the instructions in the following table to install the
shims.

s under each front swivel caster. Four (4) additional
shims are also supplied loose in a plastic bag.

Turn the cart upside down and locate the holes

Using a ¾” open-end wrench, loosen the nut on
the bottom of the swivel caster.

WARNING:
Do not install anything except the shims between the caster and the support bracket. Doing so can create an
unsafe load on the caster stud resulting in damage that may cause the cart to tip.

Add or remove shims as required to level the
cart.

5 Tighten the nut using the ¾” open-end wrench.

6 Stand cart upright and inspect. If cart is not level, repeat steps 1 through 3 as necessary on the other casters.
