Installation

1. Remove the stock gauges from the dash. Remove the four screws holding the gauges to the bezel

on the back of the system. Keep these screws as they will be used in the next step.

2. Install the Dakota Digital gauge to the factory dash. Using the four screws from step 1, secure the

bezel paying special attention to make sure the gauges are properly centered in the bezel opening.

4. Re-install the cluster into the car and refer to the main manual for wiring instructions to complete

the VHX installation.

3. Connect the CAT5 cable to the system. As the assembled cluster is installed into the dash, take care

when routing this cable to the control box.
