ToinstalltheMasterControllerModulekit,followthesesteps:



WARNING

Toavoidbodilyinjuryordeathfromunexpectedstart‐upofmachine,alwaysstopengineandremovekeyfrom

ignitionbeforeleavingoperator’sseatforanyreason.

1. Shutdowntheengine,andremovethekeyfromtheignition.

2. Openthehood.Forinstructions,refertothewindroweroperator’smanual

ortechnicalmanual.

3. Openthebatterycover,anddisconnectthenegativebatteryterminals.Forinstructions,refertothe

windrowertechnicalmanual.

4. Locatethemastercontrollermodule(A).

5. Disconnectfourconnectors(A)(P231,P232,P233,

andP234)onthebackofthemaster

controller

moduleasfollows:

a) Pullbacktheconnectorcover,andpressand

holdbothsidelatches(B).

b) Worktheconnectorside‐to‐sidewhilepulling

awayfromthemodulereceptacle.

NOTE:PulltheconnectorandNOTtheharness.

6. Removehexheadboltsandnuts(C),andremove

master

controllermodule.
