Battery powered electronic room thermostat
User Instructions
ALL MODELS
Setting a temperature: Turn setting dial - the
selected temperature is displayed on the LCD
which flashes to signify that it is showing set
temperature. After a short period the display stops
flashing and shows actual room temperature.
Displaying actual room temperature: The LCD
displays actual room temperature until the setting
dial is moved.
Thermostat status: (thermostat in heat mode):
A flame symbol will be lit whenever the thermostat
is calling for heat.
Thermostat status, (thermostat in cool mode):
A snowflake symbol will be lit whenever the
thermostat is calling for cooling. If this is seen to
flash, the built-in compressor anti-cycling delay
timer is running and the thermostat output is held
off for a short period to prevent compressor
damage.
Low battery indication: A battery symbol will flash
in the display when batteries require replacement.
Batteries should be replaced within 15 days, after
which the thermostat will turn off the load it is
controlling. When this happens Of will be displayed.
To change the batteries refer to page 3.
RET B-LS model only
This model is fitted with an Auto/Off switch. When
the switch is set in I position the thermostat controls
at the temperature set by the setting dial. When set
to O the thermostat output is turned off and Of is
displayed.
RET B-NSB model only
This model is fitted with a Day/Night switch. When
the switch is set to the Sun Symbol, the thermostat
controls at the temperature set by the setting dial.
When set to the Moon symbol, the thermostat
controls at 4°C below the temperature set by the
setting dial.

SUR TOUS LES MODÈLES
Régler une température : tourner le bouton de
réglage, la température désirée clignote alors sur
lécran digital, afin de montrer la température
effectivement réglée. Après une courte période,
laffichage ne clignote plus et montre la température
ambiante mesurée.
Afficher la température ambiante mesurée :
Lécran digital affiche la température ambiante, tant
que le bouton de réglage nest pas actionné.
Mode du thermostat: (thermostat en demande
de chauffe): Le symbole «flamme» apparaît
quand le thermostat est en demande de chauffe.
Mode du thermostat: (thermostat en demande
de froid): Le symbole «flocon de neige» appa-
raît quand le thermostat est en demande de froid.
Si ce symbole clignote, la fonction anti-court cycle
du compresseur est active. Cette temporisation à
lenclenchement protège le compresseur.
Indication de changement de piles: Le symbole
«pile» apparaît quand il est nécessaire de changer
les piles. Elles doivent être remplacées dans les
quinze jours, passé ce délai le thermostat est
inopérant et «Of» apparaît sur lécran. Pour le
changement des piles, voir ci-dessous.
MODÈLE RET B-LS SEULEMENT
Ce modèle est conçu avec un mode Arrêt/Auto.
Quand le sélecteur est sur «I», le thermostat régule
à la température affichée à lécran. Quand le sélecteur
est sur «O», le thermostat est inopérant et «Of»
saffiche à lécran.
MODÈLE RET B-NSB SEULEMENT
Ce modèle est conçu avec un mode Jour/Nuit. Quand
le sélecteur est sur le symbole «soleil», le thermo-
stat régule à la température affichée à lécran. Quand
le sélecteur est sur le symbole «lune», le thermo-
stat régule à une température inférieure de 4 degrés
à la température sélectionnée à lécran.
ALLE TYPER
Indstilling af temperatur: Temperaturen indstilles
ved at dreje på håndtaget. Den valgte temperatur
vises med blinkende tal i displayet. Efter en kort tid
skifter displayet til at vise den aktuelle
rumtemperatur. Dette ses ved at tal i displayet
stopper med at blinke.
Aktuelle rumtemperatur: Displayet viser den
aktuelle rumtemperatur indtil der drejes på
håndtaget.
Termostat indstilling - opvarmning: I displayet
vises et flamme-symbol så længe der er behov
for yderligere opvarmning.
Termostat indstilling  køling: I displayet vises
et frost-symbol så længe der er behov for yderligere
køling. Hvis frost-symbolet blinker indikere dette
at kølekompressorens indbyggede
beskyttelsesrelæ for opstart er aktiveret og at
termostatens funktion derfor i en kortere perioder
er koblet ud for at beskytte kølekompressoren mod
havari.
Batteri: Et batteri-symbol vil blinke i displayet når
batterierne skal udskiftes. Batterierne bør da
udskiftes indfor 15 dage for at undgå at
termostatfunktionen forsvinder. Hvis dette skulle ske
vises Of i displayet. Se side 3 for udskiftning af
batterier.
TYPE RET B-LS
Denne type er udstyret med en auto/off-omskifter.
Med omskifteren i position I regulere termostaten
automatisk i forhold til den valgte temperatur
indstilling. Med omskifteren i position O er termostat
funktionen udkoblet og symbolet Of vises i displayet.
TYPE RET B-NSB
Denne type er udstyret med en dag/nat-omskifter.
Med omskifteren udfor sol-symbolet regulere
termostaten automatisk i forhold til den valgte
temperatur indstilling. Med omskifteren udfor måne-
symbolet sænkes den valgte temperatur indstilling
med 4°C.
