InPen™ Insights Reports for

healthcare providers

To enable your healthcare

professional to see your InPen

Insights Reports in their clinic

CareLink™ software, there are two

actions for you to complete:

1. Link your CareLink

Personal account with

your InPen app

2. Link your CareLink

Personal account

with their CareLink

software in the clinic

If you do not have a

CareLink Personal account,

you can sign up at

carelink.minimed.com

You can also reset your

password if you forgot it.

Please turn over to see how

How to link your InPen app with your

CareLink Personal account

If your InPen app is not yet linked with your CareLink Personal account please make sure your

app is the latest version and follow the below steps in the InPen app.

• Provide your CareLink Personal username (password not required) to your HCP.

• Your HCP can then request linking the accounts but you have to agree in CareLink Personal.

• Once the link has been requested by your HCP you will receive an email that will ask you to go

to your CareLink Personal account to approve the link.

How to link your CareLink Personal account

with your HCP

and tap on

Settings

2. Tap on

Connections

3. Tap

on InPen

Reports in

CareLink

4. Tap

Connect Now,

and read the

terms and

conditions

then tap

Continue

5. Enter

your

CareLink

Personal

username

and

password

6. Tap Done

to nish the

process and

return to the

home screen

You can stop sharing at any point from the

CareLink Personal Data Sharing tab*

*Your HCP will retain all previously shared CareLink™ data, InPen™ data is not stored in CareLink™ software. All HCP access to the InPen™ data

is ended when you stop sharing. InPen requires a prescription and proper settings, or you could experience highs/lows. For more, see bit.ly/
