Quick Installation Guide

Web Configuration

1. Open the Web browser on your computer (for example,

Microsoft Internet Explorer in this guide)

2. Type the default IP address (192.168.1.2) or the IP address

found by IP Finder in the Address bar, and then press

[Enter].

3. When the login window appears, enter the default User

name (root) and password (pass) and press OK to access

to the main screen of the camera's Web Configuration.

Note: For more information, please refer to the Advanced

Installation Guide on the provided Installation CD.

For details of operating Ultra View, please refer to the Software

Manual on the provided Installation CD.

If you have any problem on the product(s), please contact

your local authorized dealer.

At the end its serviceable life ,this product should not be treated

as household or general waste. It should be handed over to the

applicable collection point for the recycling of electrical and

electronic equipment, or returned to the supplier for disposal.

Accessing the Camera

Using IP Scan

1. Please insert the CD into your CD-ROM and click Utility

Software from \\IP Scan\ IPScan-2.2.0.exe to launch the

utility.

browser to access your camera.

the top right corner

further setup.

Step 2: Connecting the Camera to LAN

Use the Ethernet cable to connect the camera to your local area

network (LAN).

When you connect the power adapter, the camera is powered

on automatically. You can verify the power status from the

Power LED on the RJ-45 connector of the camera.

Once connected, the Link LED stops flashing but shines red

light and the camera is on standby and ready for use now.

Introduction

The Micronet Gaia Speed Dome series (SP5553HDC/

SP5554HDC) provides high resolution image quality at low

bandwidth with H.264, the new generation compression

technology, for professional outdoor IP surveillance application.

M-JPEG, MPEG-4, H.264 dual streams simultaneously allows

more flexibility in practice by assigning different streaming,

frame size, bit rate, and frame rate to satisfy various

requirements.

f. Put the “Main Machine part” to

right position. Note that the tiny

protrusion on upper dome body

must match to the holes on lower

electrical board.
