BLOTZ B28-WW2-104 Assembly Instructions

  • Hello! I've reviewed the instructions for the BLOTZ WWII B28-WW2-104 Barracks Hut model. This document details the step-by-step process of constructing the 28mm scale model, covering parts removal, gluing techniques and tools needed. Feel free to ask any questions you have about the assembly process or the model itself.
  • What kind of glue is required for assembly?
Is a sharp modelling knife required?
What can be used to hold the pieces in place while the glue dries?
28mm WWII Barracks Hut
B28-WW2-104
Please read these instructions fully before starting construction.
PVA or equivalent glue will be required to stick sections together.
Sand paper can be used to gently clean any joints.
A sharp modelling knife will be required to remove sections from the sprue. Please use knives with due care and remember
to cut away from yourself at all times.
During the construction of this model, you may find it convenient to use pegs / elastic bands to hold pieces in place while
you allow glue to dry.
A full-colour copy of these instructions can be found on our website: www.blotz.co.uk
Remove the four walls and all the windowsill
pieces from the sprue.
Glue the windowsills into position so that they are
flush with the back of the wall and extend out
slightly from the front (see above).
Take the floor piece from the sprue and glue the
walls into position, aligning the lugs on the floor
with the holes in the bottom of each wall.
Glue the roof supports to the ends of one roof
piece, then carefully glue the second roof piece
into position. Allow to dry.
This will give you the lower portion of the building.
Finally sit the roof on top of the building.
