CARE and MAINTENANCE
Clean the tank:
The stainless steel tank, rubber tubing and valves may be damaged by corro-
sive cleaning liquids. Always clean the tank with plain water after usage. Do
not allow cleaning liquids to stagnate in the rubber tubing and tank.
Replace water seal and rubber tubing:
The rubber tubing inside the tank should be checked for leaks or damages..
The water seal rubber at the drain filter and the rubber tubing inside the ma-
chine should be replaced every 3 years or when damage to the tube or seal is
suspected.
Allow system to rest:
Do not continually use the system at high power mode for prolonged periods.
Allow system to take 10 to 15 minutes breaks between high intensity cleaning
procedure. If system is working at high power mode for more than an hour.
Allow 15 minutes of rest for each hour.
The system may detect an overheat and cut off power to the ultrasonic sys-
tem. If an over heat is detected, cut off power to the system and let system
cool to room temperature before reactivating system for use.
Heating Elements:
Heating elements have a limited working cycle. Replacement of heating ele-
ments are needed if heating efficiency has deteriorated.

do not use the item and report the issue to your vendor.
Turn OFF the main power switch, unplug the device and drain tank
when moving the device from one location to another.
Do not strike or subject the main unit to physical shock. Use
carefully to avoid injury and damage to any part.
- Never drop or sharply jolt the unit.
- Contains delicate parts that may break if the unit is dropped.
Make sure the equipment is always grounded. Always connect
power to a grounded receptacle.
Do not use this equipment where there is a risk of causing a fire or
an explosion.
Do not allow liquids to come in contact with the control panel,
power receptacles, and internal circuitry. Ensure that these areas
are dry and free from moisture before utilizing the equipment.
Never operate cleaner if there is no liquid present in the tank.
temperature of liquid may reach as high as 100°C .
Use of acidic solvent or highly reactive liquids in the tank may
damage and perforate the tank causing damage to the internal
circuitry. Always drain and clean the tank after usage. This will
minimize chemical solvents from damaging the tank.
WARNING: The warnings, cautions, and instructions discussed in
this instruction manual cannot cover all possible scenarios and/or

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Never leave equipment running unattended.
Never use volatile/highly reactive solvents, including flammable
liquids and penetrating oils, to clean objects in the ultrasonic
cleaner.
Do not overload the tank. Overloading can cause inadequate
cleaning and may risk liquid spilling into electrical circuitry.
Ultrasonic transducers produce audible high pitched sound. Wear
proper protection gear to minimize effect of high pitched sound to
the operator.
Disconnect the plug from the power source if the unit will not be
used for a long period.
Use only genuine replacement parts.
- Turn off power and let the unit cool before replacing parts.
Do not alter the unit, specifically the internal circuitry, in any
manner.
Damage to ultrasonic cleaning machines due to acidic solvents or
highly reactive chemicals is NOT covered by the manufacturer’s
warranty.
Notice: The system uses ultrasonic transducers to generate the
cleaning action. Ultrasonic transducers produce highly audible noise.
The system’s auto load following feature varies the power given to
the ultrasonic transducers depending on load conditions. It is
normal for the noise generated to vary in frequency and intensity as
the system operates.
