Mounting SK-400/410 to your Terminal
Please follow the below steps to complete the installation of SK-400/410.
During Installation, please make sure the terminal is completely shut down.
1. If you are installing SK-400 instead of SK-410, please skip this
step. For SK-410, you have to install your second display first.
Please fix the SK-410 bracket to the second display with three #6/32-
8L screws (which are provided in the packing list of your second
display).

2. Remove the top I/O cover of your HS terminal.
3. Place the SK-400/410 bracket onto the HS terminal and then fix it
with 4 #6/32-8L screws.

4. For SK-400, connect the USB type A cable with the terminal.
For SK-410, connect the USB type A cable and the display cable
with the terminal. In the below picture, it takes the VGA cable for
the example.

5. For SK-400, arrange the USB cable into the top I/O cover and make
the USB cable on the left side of the I/O cover. Put the I/O cover
back to the terminal. Please refer to the below picture.
For SK-410, arrange the USB cable and the VGA cable into the top
I/O cover. Make the USB cable on the left side of the I/O cover, and
make the VGA cable on the right side of the I/O cover. Put the I/O
cover back to the terminal. Please refer to the below picture.

6. Hook the SK-400/410 to the two mounting holes on the bracket.

7. Gently push the cover button to put the two bracket covers onto the
SK-400/410.

For SK-410, there is a cable exit for the display cable.

8. Installation complete.

Setting up SK-400/410
To enable you to configure SK-400/410 based on personal preferences, two
options are offered to achieve the purpose: the advanced user manual, which
contains a complete set of barcode labels, and the quick setup guide with most
frequently used barcode labels. Please visit Posiflex Global Website

Manual Trigger Button
To push the manual trigger button of the 2D barcode scanner, please follow the
below steps.
1. Gently push the cover button to remove the bracket cover.
2. Find the manual trigger button. Please refer to the below picture.
3. Use a needle to press the button.
