Removing and renewing or washing the
grease filter:
1. Disconnect the electrical power supply.
2. Pull out the steam deflector (Fig. 1,a).
3. Open the extractor grille (Fig. 1,b,c,d).
4. Remove the device securing the grease filter
(Fig. 2,e).
5. Remove the dirty grease filter.
6. After the grease filter has been replaced or
cleaned (depending on model), refit the parts in
reverse order, making sure the entire extraction
surface is covered.
Fitting or renewing the activated carbon
filter:
1. Disconnect the electrical power supply.
2. Pull out the steam deflector (Fig. 1,a).
3. Open the extractor grille (Fig. 1,b,c,d).
4. Fitting (Fig. 3): Fit the active carbon filter over
the extraction grill, the arrow (g) printed on the
carbon filter should align with the arrow on the
fan shroud (h). Turn clockwise (i) until the
tongue covers the hole, then insert the pin in the
hole to lock the filter.
Removing: Pull the filter tongue downward to
unlock it and turn the active carbon filter anti-
clockwise to release it from its seat.
5. Refit the extractor grille.
Replacing bulbs
1. Disconnect the electrical power supply.
2. Pull out the steam deflector (Fig. 1,a).
3. Open the extractor grille (Fig. 1,b,c,d).
4. Remove the burnt-out bulb.
5. Use 40 W max E14 bulbs
(AKR 420-AKR 425) or 20 W max GU5.3 halogen
bulbs only.
6. Refit the extractor grille.
