Accessing the CommPortal

To congure phone, log in at https://commportal.airespring.com/

Once you login, select Devices and add the Yealink W70B

Once you access to the phone page, the following screen will display:

Preferences

Advisory Tones

In this section you’d enable or disable the call connection beep tone when receiving the outgoing call.

Call Log

In this section you’d enables or disables the IP phone to save local call log.

Call display

In this section you’d enable or disable the IP phone to display the called contact information and

method when receiving an incoming call.

In this section you will be able to congure:

Number, Name, Description Line settings for the front screen display or either Directory Number,

Extension Number, or a desired Custom Descriptions. The * code setting for accessing Voicemail

is displayed.
