Instructions for Air line Extension Kits
P/N: 102312, 100297, & 100298
Installation tip: The air line causes frictional losses as the air passes through it, reducing the
amount of air delivered to the diffuser. To maximize efficiency, the shortest length of air line
should be used while avoiding sharp bends and kinks.
1.) Install the Aero-Stream® equipment as outlined in the Installation Guide.
Steps 2 - 4 apply to Remediator® and Pro-Line™ units, only:
2.) Remove the barbed fitting from the air line extending from the Aero-
Stream® equipment by cutting the air line as shown below.
3.) Select the (½” x ½”) connector from the kit.
4.) Wet the barbed fitting and insert into the air line from Step 2 above
and the end of the air line coming out of the Aero-Stream®
equipment.

Step 5 applies to Pro-Line Plus™ units, only:
5.) Wet the end of the (½” x ½”) barbed fitting clamped into the
air line coming out of the Aero-Stream® equipment and slide
an open end of the air line extension over it like shown in the
picture above in Step 4.
6.) Utilizing the clamps provided, cinch air line to barbed connector on both
splices.
7.) Lay the air line extension on the ground along the shortest path to the
septic tank containing the sintered diffuser.
8.) At a convenient location outside of the tank, cut the air line connected to
the sintered diffuser and discard the cutoff length.
9.) Cut the air line extension near the end of the air line of Step 8 above,
leaving enough slack to ensure the air lines can be connected together.
Note: discard the cutoff section of air line.
Step 10 applies to Pro-Line Plus™ units, only:
10.) Cut-off the clamp and remove the (

” x ½”) barbed fitting
in the air line extension and replace it with the (½” x ½”).
11.) Wet the barbed fitting of the air line extension and insert it into the air
line connected to the stone diffuser.
12.) Utilizing the clamps provided, cinch air line to barbed connector on both
splices.
