ForGolfBuddyPro/Tour:

1.Visitwww.golfbuddyusa.comandobtainausernameandpasswordbyclickingthe“joinus”buttonat

thetopofthepageandfollowingtheinstructions.Ifyouhavealreadycreatedanaccountandhavean

IDandpasswordalready,moveontothenextstep.



2.Onceobtainingandaccount,gobacktowww.golfbuddyusa.comandclickonthelargeyellow

“GolfBuddyProCourseManagerDownloadNOW!”button.



3.Whenanywindowpopsupandaskswhetheryouwanttosaveorrun,click“run”.Afterdone

downloadingandinstallingtheCourseManager,aDeviceDriverInstallationWizardwillopen.Goahead

andinstall“install”and“next”wheneverneeded,and“finish”attheend.



4.PluginyourGolfBuddyPro/TourunitintothecomputerusingtheprovidedUSBcableandturnonthe

unit.

5.OpentheGolfBuddyCourseManagerbydouble‐clickingontheicononyourdesktop.EnteryourI.D.

andpassword,andwaitastheCourseManagerinstallsupdatesandsearchesforyourdevice.





6.Usingthemenutotheleft,youcanscanthroughallavailablegolfcoursesfromallaroundtheworld.

Ifyou’dliketodownloadacoursetoyourunit,simplyselecttheboxnexttoitandclick“download

selectedcoursestoGolfBuddy”.



Onthetoprightofthecourselistingisatabwhichoriginallysays“Total”.Thisdescribesthestatusof

thegolfcourses,andoriginallyissettoallavailablegolfcoursesinthechosenarea.Tolistonlycertain

typesofcourses,clickthetabandchose“New”,“Latest”,or“Renovated”.

• “New”coursesarethosewhichwererecentlyuploadedontoourcoursedatabaseandarenot

currentlyinsideyourunit.

• “Latest”coursesarethosewhicharecurrentlyinsideyourunit.

• “Renovated”coursesarethosewhichhavebeenrecentlychangedandneedtobere‐

downloadedinordertobeaccurate.

Ifyou’dliketoselecttheentirelistinthecategoryyouareviewing,simplychecktheboxatthetopright

ofthelistscreen,totheleftof“Num.”


