DV8 OFFROAD Front Inner Fenders Installation guide

This document guides you through the process of installing the front single piece inner fenders on a Jeep JK, including steps like removing stock fenders, aligning new ones, drilling, and securing with rivets. 1. Remove your stock factory JK inner fenders and fender flares from the
Jeep.
2. Remove your new DV8 front inner fenders from their packaging.
3. Locate and separate the driver and passenger side pieces.
4. Remove the provided rivet gun and rivets.

5. Take one side, either driver or passenger, and hold it within the wheel
well. Ensure that the front corner near the grill, and the back edge closest
to the pinch weld near the bottom of the door align.
5. Tighten bolts to ensure they are secure.
6. Reinstall fender flare.
6. Once aligned, mark holes in inner fender on Jeep body. Using 1/8” drill bit,
drill marked holes in body. The inner fender will sit on top of the edge of
the wheel well.
7. Realign inner fender. Using rivet gun and provided rivets, install the inner
fender. Ensure proper inner fender alignment prior to install rivets.
8. Reinstall fender flare.
