ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:
Turn the wheel extension bolts clockwise until the wheels are fully
extended then hook the two transport handles onto the front of the machine
where indicated. With the help of another person, move the unit into place,
remove the transport handles, then turn the wheel extension bolts counter-
clockwise until the wheels are fully retracted.
STEP 5: Slide the user left side handrail grommet onto the user
left side lower handrail, then slide the two beauty rings onto the
user left side upper handrail, ensuring that the cutout for the
hardware is facing towards the hardware. Secure the user left side
upper handrail using two (2) pieces of the upper handrail clamp
and four (2) pieces of the 1/4”-28 x 3/4” 12-point flange head
screws. Repeat this step for the user right side upper handrail.
STEP 6: Secure the user left side arm to the left handrail using the arm pin
and one (1) piece of the M18 locknut then install the upper arm caps. Next,
secure the user left side arm to the treadle using one (1) piece each of the
M10 washer and M10 locknut then install the lower arm cap. Repeat this step
for the user right side arm.
STEP 8: Secure the step shroud to the unit using three (3) pieces of
the M5 x 30mm screws and two (2) pieces of the #10-24 x 1/2”
screws. Once the shroud is secure, tuck the edges of the handrail
grommets into the step shroud to ensure a tight seal. Finally, insert the
bolt cover/caps into the step shroud.
STEP 7: Secure the rear shroud to the unit using two (2) pieces of the
M5 x 16mm screws and three (3) pieces of the #10-24 x 1/2” screws.
Next, secure the user left side motor shroud using four (4) pieces of the #8
x 1 1/4” screws. Repeat this for the user right side motor shroud.
STEP 4: Secure the user left side lower handrail onto the frame
using four (4) pieces each of the 5/16”-18 x 1” screws, 5/16” lock
washers, and 5/16” flat washers. Repeat this step for the user right
side lower handrail.
STEP 2: Secure the console mast to the unit using four (4) pieces each of
the 5/16”-18 x 3/4” screws, 5/16” lock washers, and 5/16” flat washers then
slide the console mast beauty ring onto the mast. Next, secure the console
rail to the console mast using four (4) pieces each of the M8 x 16mm screws
and M8 flat washers.
STEP 3: Connect the lower console connections to their corresponding
connections in the electrical compartment in the front of the machine.
