Rough Country 70623, 2in LED Cube Lights, 70630 Installation guide

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Using a Phillips Screwdriver, remove filler panel from between bumper and grill. See Photo 1.

2. Using a 18mm socket, remove the 8 nuts from the rear of the front bumper. See Photo 2.

3. Unplug fog lights and pull the push pin wire ties from the bumper.

4. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the factory fog lights from bumper. See Photo 3

These brackets only work in the factory Jeep JK bumper. Only fit RC 2-inch Square LED Cree lights. (Included)

TOOLS NEEDED

13mm & 18mm Socket/Wrench

Phillips Screwdriver

2.5mm Allen

KIT CONTENTS

Rough Country 2” LED Lights (2)

2” LED FOG LIGHT MOUNT (2)

2” LED FOG LIGHT FILLER PLATE (2)

3mm-.5mm x 12mm LONG Bolt (4)

shown below. Be sure you have all needed parts and know where they go.

6. Place flat Filler plate over light using supplied 3mm bolts. Tighten using 2.5mm Allen. See Photo 5.

7. Place light inside housing and tighten nut with 13mm wrench. See Photo 6.

8. Place assembled lights into bumper using factory hardware and tighten with Phillips screwdriver. See Photo 7.

9. Reinstall bumper using factory hardware, tighten with 18mm socket. See Photo 8.

10. Wire LED lights and enjoy!
