Chapter 1 Introduction to AccuraSM Program

Overview

AccuraSM is a software program that supports the setup and monitoring functions of the following products.

It allows you to check the network connection of the devices connected to AccuraSM and also to check and

change settings for the multiple devices connected to the program. It is possible to check detailed

measurement values in real time, check events, and analyze waveforms and harmonics of voltage/current

for each device.

· Accura 2300[S]/2350

· Accura 2500/2550

· Accura 2700/2750/2750LM, 2700/2750(H)

· Accura 3000

· Accura 3300E

· Accura 3500/3550/3500E

· Accura 3700(OLD)

· Accura 3700(TFT-LCD)

AccuraSM User Guide has been created based on Accura 3700(TFT-LCD). Therefore, when using Accura

products other than Accura 3700(TFT-LCD), the menu items and configurations of devices may differ slightly.

However, this document covers the general features and operation of the AccuraSM program. Thus, we

recommend you should refer to this user guide to learn about how to use AccuraSM.

The figure below is a flowchart showing the process of using AccuraSM. You can check measurement data

through AccuraSM in the following process.

Operating Environment

The following are the minimum PC requirements for running AccuraSM.

· CPU 1.0 GHz (x32, x64)

· Operating System: Windows 8 .Net Framework 4.51 or later

· RAM: 512 MB

· HDD: 4.5 GB

The installation of the .Net Framework 4.51 is required on the PC with the operating system of Windows

8 or lower.

Installing and Removing the Program

Installing the Program

You can download the latest version of the AccuraSM installation file from Rootech’s website at

www.rootech.com. You can run AccuraSM by installing and executing the ‘.msi’ file extension.

The figure below shows the screen displaying how to download the AccuraSM program from the above

company website. By navigating to Product → AccuraSM → Download, you can download the latest

version of AccuraSM.

The figure below shows how to install AccuraSM.

Select the installation location of the AccuraSM installation file. In addition, you can check whether to create

a shortcut icon for AccuraSM appearing on the desktop and Windows start menu. You can also check

whether to launch the program right after installing it.

When the installation is complete, the AccuraSM icon is created on the desktop and also appears on the

Windows start menu.

Repairing the Program

After you run the AccuraSM installation file, you can use the Repair function. This function is designed to

repair the program when the already installed AccuraSM program is damaged.

Start the repair process by clicking the Repair button.

Removing the Program

You can remove the AccuraSM program after running the AccuraSM installation file.

Click the Remove button to delete the program.

The above figure shows the first screen that appears after running AccuraSM. On this screen, you can select

the device you want to check by clicking the device. The AccuraSM User Guide has been created based on

Accura 3700(TFT-LCD).

You can open and close the IP Address List and Menu screens, respectively. Tabs for closed screens are

located on the left side of the full screen.
