• Hammer
• 18 Volt (or stronger) drill/driver

INSTALLATION:
Inspect the shipping container contents for damage and to determine that all
components are present.

2. Place the bike rack in the desired location and carefully mark the concrete through
the holes in the feet of the bike rack.
3. Remove bike rack and use a hammer drill and the supplied drill bit to drill 8 holes
in the marked locations. Drill the hole so that the bottom of the sleeve anchor is
2.375”+/-.0625” below the surface of the concrete.
Clean all debris out of the holes. A vacuum or a wire brush may be used. The holes
should be free of debris.

4. Place a sleeve anchor in each hole with the grooves of the anchor at the bottom (internal threads at the top).
8. Once all the anchors are set, replace the bike rack over the holes and attach to
the anchors using the supplied driver bit and the tamper resistant screws.
5. Place the wide end of the sleeve
anchor installation tool on the
anchor and pound on the narrow
end of the tool with the hammer to
drive the anchor to the bottom of
the hole.
6. Turn the sleeve anchor
installation tool around and
place the narrow end of the
installation tool into the
sleeve anchor.
7. To set the anchor, pound the installation tool
with the hammer into the sleeve anchor until it
bottoms out - the tool will depress into anchor an
additional .500”-.625” beyond its starting depth.
