ANDROID REMOTE VIEWING

From your smart device, DOWNLOAD and INSTALL the

free ALC SightHD App.

The App will ﬁnd and connect

directly to your new SensorCam.

Select your Wi-Fi network by

tapping on the Search icon, then

enter your Wi-Fi password.

Tap Next. The App will send this

information to your camera.

SightHD

Once the Wi-Fi setup is complete

tap OK.

On the next screen, enter a

new Security Code and

remember it. Tap Save.

Your camera setup is complete.

Tap Play to go to Live Video.

ANDROID DEVICE SETUP

Select Battery Cameras, follow the

instructions on the screen and then

tap Next.

APPLE REMOTE VIEWING

From your smart device, DOWNLOAD and

INSTALL the free ALC SightHD App.

Prior to beginning, ensure that your device is connected to your Wi-Fi network. This network must be a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection, not a 5GHz connection.

2.4GHz is most common.

On the Home Page (not Live View) Tap EDIT

SETTING at the bottom of the screen, then tap

SETTINGS icon and then tap ADVANCE (the

default password is 123456) to see the

Advanced Feature options:

Android: Tap the Play icon.

Apple: Tap on the preview picture.

PINCH AND ZOOM: To zoom in or

out, use the simple pinch and

zoom gesture with this app.

Manually RECORD video from Live View by

tapping Record icon. The App will record

for ﬁve to 30 seconds depending on the

Recording Cycle setting.

Motion Enable is the default setting. To change

the MOTION ACTIVATED RECORDING, go to

Edit Setting, tap Setting and then tap

Advanced.

The Advanced Settings will ask for the admin

password; default password is 123456. You

can change the default password within the

Advanced Settings.

The MicroSD Card comes pre-installed in

the battery compartment. You can also

upload ﬁles automatically onto the Cloud,

if set up.

Tap to turn volume

On or Off in the Live

View mode.

Tap to RETURN to the

main page.

ADVANCED SETTINGS

FREE APP DOWNLOAD

Select the Start and Stop date and time on the Select Event Filter

and tap OK.

Tap the FILE that you want to playback from the list.

Tap Edit Setting, tap Setting and then EVENT icon.

CAMERA INSTALLATION

NOTE: Avoid pointing a camera directly at any bushes or tree branches or objects

that may naturally move due to winds.

CAMERA INSTALLATION + SETUP

Secure the multi-position Camera

Bracket using the two screws. If

needed, two anchors are also

included.

Loosen the T-Bolt on the Camera

Bracket and adjust viewing angle.

When set, rotate clockwise until

tight. Slide the Camera Bracket

onto the screws.

Connect the small end of the A C

adapter to the camera’s USB

Jack. You can also use batteries

as described in the Let’s Get

Started section in this QSG.

Plug into electrical outlet.

Use the bottom mount or the rear

mount to secure the camera to the

Camera Bracket and tighten.

Recommendations for best system performance:

• Apple: iOS 7.0 or above.

• Android: Android smartphone or tablet (version 4.3 or above).

• Storage: Class 10 microSD memory card (up to 32 GB).

• Bandwidth: 512Kbps or above upload/download speed suggested.

Model AWFB17R

Rechargeable Batteries: Batteries

will need to be charged 8 hours. Plug in

AC power to charge.

Note: Ensure the labels are facing up and

arrows are pointed at each other. Also

push the wires down as far as possible.

NOTE: Avoid installing in a location which

requires the wireless signal to pass through

cement, concrete or metal structures. This

will reduce the transmission range.

NOTE: Installing the Weatherproof Silicon Case

will provide IP44 protection for your camera. This

will allow the camera to be used outdoors, but it

will have to be "under cover", protected from

direct exposure to rain and snow.

On your smartphone or tablet, start the ALC App and tap to add a new system.

Once the Wi-Fi setup is

complete tap OK.

The App will show you a

Snapshot from your camera,

Tap on this picture.

Once the Security Code

has been modiﬁed, you

can tap on the picture to

go to Live View.

Next, it will ask you to

change the Security Code

for your camera, Select OK

and enter a new code. This

can be letters or numbers or

a combination. Tap Conﬁrm

when done.

SightHD

On your Apple device, start the ALC

App and tap to add a new system.

Select Battery Cameras,

follow the instructions on the

screen and then tap Next.

Tap OK to allow Camera

access.

Point your camera to the

SensorCam barcode.

Conﬁrm your Wi-Fi is

selected and enter your

Wi-Fi Password.

Follow the instructions

on the screen and then

tap Go To Setting.

The SightHD App will take

you to the iOS’ settings App

with a Notiﬁcation. Allow this

notiﬁcation to go away and

select Settings in top left

corner.

NOTE: Steps 8 and 9 are for iOS 10 only.

Scroll up in the iOS

Settings menu to ﬁnd

Wi-Fi and select it.

Find SensorCam-xxxxxx

in the available Networks

and select it. Password is

12345678 and tap Join.

After you are connected (a

checkmark will appear next

to SensorCam). Tap on

SightHD ALC in the top

left corner. This will take

you to the SightHD App and

complete the setup.

FREE APP DOWNLOAD

BATTERY INSTALLATION

Remove the compartment cover by

sliding it off. Insert the two 18650

batteries and connect the wires as

shown. The camera will power up and

the status LED will blink red/blue to

indicate it is ready to be paired.
