Whenever installing a glass backboard to a new or
existing structure with three or four attachment
points, attachment locations must always be
coplanar. If any attachment point is more than 1/16"
out of plumb from the other attachment points it is
recommended to make adjustments to the structure
before proceding with installing the backboard. If
adjustments can't be made to the structure, shim the
attachment point/s with washers provided to ensure
all attachment points are coplanar. Failure to correct
the attachment points can lead to strain on the
backboard resulting in breakage of the glass bank.
