AND-D525N2 with Intel Atom D525 processor is a networking microbox, which is a
small, cost-effective and entry level solution. By four 10/100/1000Mbps LANs, the
AND-D525N2 is sufficient for the small business security hardware solution.

Chapter 2 Procedure of
Assembly/Disassembly
2.1 HDD Installation
The following instructions will guide you to install 2.5” HDD step-by-step.
Unfasten 2 screws of chassis top cover and take off it.
Fix HDD with HDD bracket by 4 screws.

Plug SATA cable into SATA2 connector and SATA power cable into motherboard.
*************************** WARNING *************************************
Please DON’T use SATA1 connector because it is difficult to un-plug the cable!

Connect SATA cable and SATA power cable with HDD module.
Assemble top cover back by fastening the 2 screws.

2.2 CF Card Installation
Open the top cover (the same as above steps).
Push CF card into CF socket. (It does not support PIO mode.)

2.3 Installing SO-DIMM DRAM
Open the top cover (the same as above steps).
Install the SO-DIMM in the chassis.

2.4 Mini-PCIe Module Installation
Open the top cover (the same as above steps).
Install the mini-PCIe module in the chassis.
1) Insert the mini-PCIe module into the connector.
2) Push down the mini-PCIe module.
3) Fix it via screw.

2.5 Rack Bracket Installation
Take out the screws and optional rack mount bracket from packing bag. Then, fix the
optional rack mount bracket to chassis by fastening 6 screws.
AND-D525N2 system will fit and install into 19” chassis.

4.1. Main Setup
Once you enter the Setup Utility, the Main menu will appear on the screen. Use the
arrow and Enter keys to highlight the item and then use the < + > < - > keys to select
the value you want in each item.
Note: Listed at the bottom of the menu are the control keys. If you need any help with
the item fields, you can press the <F1> key, and it will display the relevant information.
