Paint tests have been carried out to colour match our skirting & architrave with the prefinished linear grey hardwood

doors.

The tests have been conducted after receiving requests from end customers via our depots to match other timber

accessories with their pre finished grey oak doors;

➢Standard 35mm DIE8930, DIE8940, DIE8960 & DIE8970

➢Standard 35mm Glazed DIE9540, DIE9560 & DIE9570

➢Standard 44mm FD30 DIF9240, DIF9260 & DIF9270

The supplier of our grey oak door touch up kit has made the paint available by the litre should a customer wish to buy

a tin to match their skirting and architrave with their grey doors.

•The paint is not like for like with the grey oak door as there is a pigment added during the manufacturing process

to give it a unique finish but it has been RAL coded to the base grey colour of the door.

•The paint is solvent based grey top coat paint.

•Available in 10/30/50/70 & 90% sheen levels (10% being deep matt, 90% being gloss).

•It is available on a 3-4 day lead time.

•It is priced at £14.95 per litre and will be sent via post (standard delivery) to the end

users address.

•Next day delivery will incur an additional cost of £7.50 via a TNT/UPS courier. Pre finished Linear Unfinished Linear

Paint Test - Summary

Two test have been carried out with the paint;

•3x coats applied to our white primed MDF skirting

•3x coats applied to our unfinished Linear door as a comparison to the prefinished Grey Linear

door range. The door was scored with a wire brush between coats in order to enhance the

grain through the paint.
