Oak Veneered Skirting, Architrave and Linings

Please note; for all Oak Veneered Skirting, Architrave and Linings, please make the following

recommendations for the finishing, storage and fitting of these products.

Finishing

 A PU, Acrylic or water based varnish is recommended to finished the veneered profiles as they

offer moisture resistance – GAR0539 Sadolin Interior Varnish is a PU based product so is

suitable.

 We recommended customers testing the finish on a small section of moulding before finishing

the length.

 Oils should not be used.

Storage

 Profiles should be stored in a dry area with any exposure to damp conditions avoided.

Fitting

 Profiles should not be installed in freshly plastered rooms.
