High Load Ultran Model UHL
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE LUBRICATION REQUIREMENTS
All Bimba High Load Slide actuators are pre-lubricated internally and externally with our special
bearing grade grease. The guide shafts are pre-lubricated with a lightweight oil.
The cylinder’s life can be extended by providing additional internal lubrication with an in-line mist lubricator
and by lubricating the carriage via the grease fitting every 100 miles with a high grade bearing grease.
The guide shafts should be lubricated periodically with a lightweight oil via the oiler port.
