Legrand LightSaver® LS-4C Wall Switch The Legrand LightSaver® LS-4C Wall Switch is a low voltage wall switch designed to work with the Lightsaver LCD-203 or LCO-203 Daylighting controllers. The LS-4C can override the controller for manual light level adjustment or ON/OFF control. Dimming is available when used with the LCD-203. It has four buttons and two LED indicators, one for the Auto button and one for the I/O button. Up to four LS-4C switches can be connected in parallel to one controller to provide multi-way switching.

the way that the controller is
programmed. See the instructions
provided with the controller for
detailed operating descriptions.
Automatic button
The upper left button (Auto) switches
the controller into automatic
operation. When the LED indicator is
on, the controller is automatically
controlling the lights.
If the controller is already in automatic mode, pressing this button
has no effect.
ON/OFF button (I/O)
Pressing the I/O button when the controller is in automatic mode
puts the controller into manual mode and turns on the I/O LED. It
also switches the lights on or off (depending on load status).
Dimming buttons and (LCD-203 only)
Programming in the LCD-203 determines maximum and minimum
control output levels and other options.
Pressing either button lights the I/O LED and puts the LCD-203
into manual mode.
Press and hold to increase the light level. When you release
the button, the lighting stays at its present level.
Press and hold to decrease the light level. When you release
the button, the lighting stays at its present level.

DESCRIPTION
The LS-4C is a low voltage wall switch designed to work with the
Lightsaver LCD-203 or LCO-203 Daylighting controllers. The LS-4C
can override the controller for manual light level adjustment or ON/OFF
control. Dimming is available when used with the LCD-203. Up to four
LS-4C switches can be connected in parallel to one controller to
provide multi-way switching.
WIRING
The LS-4C is supplied with color coded wire leads. To make wiring
connections, use either the LCD-203 or LCO-203 wiring diagram
below, as appropriate for your application.
Use 18 AWG 5-conductor cable to connect the switch to the LCO-203
controller. Use 18 AWG 7-conductor cable to connect it to the
LCD-203. The maximum wire length from the controller is 150 feet.
Wiring is Class 2 rated. Consult local codes for conduit requirements.
Note: Low voltage wiring must be isolated from the line voltage wiring.
