CUGGL TRAVEL COT GREY

BEFORE ASSEMBLING THIS COT, READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS

All assembly fittings should always be tightened properly and

that fittings should be checked regularly and retightened as necessary.

Please check if you have all the parts listed below before starting assembly

Unzip the travel bag and

remove the frame and

mattress.

Place the cot in a vertical

position and open the touch

fasteners to remove the

mattress.

With the cot in folded vertical

position on the floor, pull the

feet apart so that they are

approximately 60cm or

24inches apart. Lift the short

sides of the cot upwards until

they lock into position.

Note: Do not press the center

base of the cot until all sides of

the cot are locked properly.

Now lift the length sides of the

cot upwards until they lock into

position, check that all four

sides have engaged correctly

by pressing down on each arm

at the center. If you have

difficulty locking the sides, lift

the center of the base a little

higher ( around 40cm from

ground) and start the process

again.

Place the mattress in the

travel cot with the padded side

up, align the touch fasteners

on the mattress with those on

the base and press down to

ensure they are stuck

together.

Push the center of the cot

base downwards until it

audibly locks into place.

Folding the cot

Loosen the fasteners on the back

of mattress and take mattress out

from the travel cot.

Lift the handle in the middle of

the base, and then pull the

handle upwards.

Notice: Ensure to hold the tube of

either side at the bottom while

lifting the handle up.

Lift the side rails slightly(a)

and press the lock in the

middle of the rail(b)

(indicated with arrows).

Hold the lock pressed whilst

gently lowering the side

rail

Ensure that the side rail

disengages on both sides of

the mechanism.

Pull together the 2 support

legs underneath the fabric to

center base as close as

possible to the center

base(d).

In order to fold travel cot closely,

pull together the 2 supporting

legs underneath the fabric to

the center base as close as

possible.

Make sure the connection

joint is in correct position as

shown, if not, push down the

lock again and turn the lock joint

until it reaches right position.

Repeat this process on the

short sides. Check that all 4

sides have disengaged

properly and then pull the

center of the base, if you have

difficulty unlocking the sides,

try to lift the center of the base

a little higher and start the

process again.

With the upper part of the

travel cot in the closed

position, push all 4 feet

together to fold the travel cot

closely.

Wrap the mattress around the

travel cot tightly with padded

section inside, fasten the

touch fasteners through the

tabs and secure tight. Pull the

travel bag provided over the

travel cot and zip it closely.
