OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING

1. Do not use this product unless all bolts, screws and knobs

are securely tightened.

2. Check that all bolts, screws and knobs are tight every three

months or as needed.

3. Dispose of packing material properly. Do not use plastic

cover as head covering. It may cause suffocation.

4. Do not use product as a stepladder.

5. Use this product for its intended purpose only.

6. Use mild detergent only for cleaning.

ProLine II is warranted from the original purchase date to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage - defined as a standard

forty-hour work week - according to the below-listed schedule and limitations.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty will not cover labor, freight, or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, assembly, installation, attachments,

accident, vandalism, acts of nature or any other event beyond our control. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may

result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damage is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from

use of this product.

This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized dealers and products sold within the United States of

America and the Commonwealth of Canada. This warranty does not apply to products used for rental purposes. This warranty gives

you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

IMPORTANT

Desk must be reset before operation.

See Step 6.

Remove all parts from carton, separate by part numbers indicated on parts list, and verify part quantities.

STEP 1 Align Side Supports (B) with Frame/Leg Set (A) on underside of Desk Top.

STEP 2 Secure Side Supports (B) to Frame/Leg Set (A) with four Screws (F) and Allen Key (J). FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS.

STEP 3 Route Handset (E) Cable through the hole below the Left Trunk. Plug both Handset and Motor Cables into Control Box (D).

STEP 4 Align Frame/Side Supports on Desk Top. Secure Frame/Side Supports to Desk Top with nine Screws (G). Secure Control Box (D) to Desk Top with

two Screws (H). Locate Handset in preferred position and secure to Desk Top with two Screws (H). FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS.

STEP 5 Secure Feet (C) to Frame/Legs using four Screws (I) per foot and Allen Key (J). FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS. Attach Power Cable (K) to Control

Box (D). ONCE ALL SCREWS ARE FULLY TIGHTENED AND ALL CABLES ARE SECURELY FASTENED, TURN DESK UPRIGHT.

IMPORTANT

Youmustresetthedesk’scontrolbox,usingthehandset,asshownbelow,priortouse.

STEP 6

Plug Power Cable (K) into wall outlet. Press and Hold the up/down buttons for more than 3

seconds;untilthescreenshows“SET”.

Continue pressing both buttons and both legs will

descend to lowest position.

After a beeping sound is heard and the screen

shows“28.1”,youcanreleasethebuttons.

Your desk is now operational.
