Maximale Übertragungsleistung: < 20dBm
Kabellänge: 0,15 m
• Über WLAN können Wägedaten übertragen werden.
• Es dürfen nur KERN KUP-Adapter an den 15-pol-Sub-D-An-
schluss der Waage angeschlossen werden!

4 Installation
1. Gerät ausschalten.
2. Schnittstellenadapter in den KUP-Anschluss des Gerätes einstecken.
3. Gerät einschalten. Der Schnittstellenadapter wird automatisch vom Gerät er-
kannt.
Herstellen der WiFi-Verbindung:
1. Die Waage erstellt eine WIFI-Zugangsstelle, sobald sie hochgefahren ist (WLAN-
Symbol im Display der Waage ist sichtbar).
Verbinden Sie sich über Ihren Computer mit diesem Accesspoint. Die SSID
(Name des Accesspoints der Waage) ist „AI_THINKER_xxxxxx“
2. Besuchen sie mit einem Webbrowser die Webseite http://192.168.4.1/
Auf der Webseite:
A. Stellen sie den Modus „Mode“ auf “apsta”
B. Geben sie Informationen zum Netzwerk, in das sie die Waage einbinden
möchten, ein (Netzwerk „AP Name“ und Kennwort „AP Password“)
C. Einstellungen speichern „Save“ und Seite aktualisieren
3. Trennen sie den Accesspoint vom Computer
4. Trennen Sie die Waage kurzzeitig vom Strom
5. Verbinden sie den Computer erneut mit dem Accesspoint der Waage und aktua-
lisieren sie die Webseite
D. Nun wird die IP-Adresse „IP address“ angezeigt

7. Den Computer mit dem ausgewählten Netzwerk verbinden
8. In der Zielsoftware die IP eingeben / Port: 23
Zur Abfrage der über DHCP zugewiesenen Konfiguration sowie zur spezifischen/sta-
tischen Konfiguration der IP-Adresse, Subnetz-Maske oder des Gateways können die
KCP-Befehle JNWx verwendet werden. Eine ausführliche Beschreibung finden Sie im
Handbuch “KERN Communications Protocol”, verfügbar im Downloadbereich auf un-
serer KERN-Hompage (www.kern-sohn.com).
Zum Aktivieren von KCP beachten Sie bitte die Menu-Übersicht der Bedienungsanlei-
tung Ihrer Waage.

• Only KERN KUP-adapters may be connected to the 15-pol-sub-
D-connection of the balance!

4 Installation
1. Switch off the appliance
2. Plug in the interface adapter at the KUP connection
3. Switch on the appliance. The interface adapter is automatically recognized by the
appliance.
Establish the WiFi connection:
1. The balance creates a WIFI access point as soon as it has started up (WLAN
symbol in the balance display appears).
Use your computer to connect to this access point. The SSID (name of the bal-
ance’s access point) is „AI_THINKER_xxxxxx“
2. Using a web browser visit the website http://192.168.4.1/ .
In the website:
A. Set the mode „Mode“ to “apsta”
B. Enter information about the network which you want to integrate the balance
into (network „AP Name“ and password „AP Password“)
C. Save the settings „Save“ and update the site
3. Separate the access point from the computer
4. Cut the power supply to the balance for a short moment
5. Connect the computer again to the access point of the balance and update the
website
D. Now the IP-address „IP address“ is displayed

6. Close the website
7. Connect the computer to the selected network
8. Enter the IP / Port into the target software: 23
For inquiry of the configuration allocated via DHCP, as well as to the specific/static
configuration of the IP-address, subnet-mask or the gateway, the KCP-commands
JNWx can be used. A detailed description you will find in the „KERN Communications
Protocol“ manual, available in the download area on our KERN homepage (www.kern-
sohn.com).
To activate KCP please observe the menu overview of your balance’s operating in-
structions.

4 Installation
1. Eteindre l’appareil.
2. Insérer l'adaptateur d'interface dans le connecteur KUP de l'appareil.
3. Allumer l'appareil. L'adaptateur d'interface est automatiquement reconnu par
l'appareil.
Établir la connexion WiFi:
1. La balance crée un point d'accès WIFI dès qu'elle démarre (le symbole WLAN
est visible sur l'écran de la balance).
Se relier à cet Accesspoint par le truchement de votre ordinateur. Le SSID (nom
du point d'accès de la balance) est „AI_THINKER_xxxxxx“.
2. Visitez le site web http://192.168.4.1/ avec un navigateur web.
Sur le site web :
A. Réglez le mode „Mode“ sur „apsta“.
B. Entrez les informations sur le réseau auquel vous souhaitez connecter la ba-
lance (réseau „AP Name“ et mot de passe „AP Password“).
C. Enregistrez les paramètres „Save“ et actualisez la page.
3. Déconnectez le point d'accès de l'ordinateur.
4. Débranchez brièvement la balance de l'alimentation électrique
5. Connectez à nouveau l'ordinateur au point d'accès de la balance et actualisez la
page web.
D. L'adresse IP „IP address“ est maintenant affichée.

7. Connectez l'ordinateur au réseau sélectionné
8. Saisissez l'IP / le port dans le logiciel cible: 23
Les commandes KCP JNWx peuvent être utilisées pour la consultation de la configu-
ration attribuée via DHCP ainsi que pour la configuration spécifique/statique de
l'adresse IP, du masque de sous-réseau ou de la passerelle. Vous trouverez une
description détaillée dans le manuel "KERN Communications Protocol", disponible
dans la zone de téléchargement sur notre page d'accueil KERN (www.kern-sohn.com).
Pour activer le KCP, veuillez vous référer à l'aperçu des menus du mode d'emploi de
votre balance.
