“Sleep mode1)", the module enters flight mode and disables all RF functions.
“Idle mode2)”, the module enters a low power consumption state. In this state, the peripheral interface of the
module is disabled, but the radio frequency (RF) function is normal. The module will exit the idle mode when
there is an incoming call or text message, and will re-enter the idle mode when the incoming call or voice call
ends.2

Power interface
VBAT_BB
1, 2
PI
Power input of the module
baseband
Vmin = 3.5 V
Vnorm = 3.8 V
Vmax = 4.2 V
Providing at least 3 A current to VBAT is
required.
VBAT_RF
145, 146
PI
Power input of the module
RF
Vmin = 3.5 V
Vnorm = 3.8 V
Vmax = 4.2 V
VDD1V85
111
PO
1.85 V power output
Vnorm = 1.85 V
Imax = 100 mA
Always on, used only for pull-up or level
conversion.
Leave this pin floating if it is not used.
VDD28
129
PO
2.8 V power output
Power supply for LCM and
sensor
Vnorm = 2.8 V
Imax = 150 mA
Add a bypass capacitor (around 1.0 μF to 2.2
μF) externally when using this pin.
This pin is always on to supply power. Leave this
pin floating if it is not used.
VDDCAMIO
125
PO
1.8 V power output
I/O power supply for
Vnorm = 1.8 V
Imax = 200 mA
Add a bypass capacitor (around 1.0μF to 2.2 μF)
externally when using this pin.
